  6、全權(quán)辦理提前還清上述房產(chǎn)按揭貸款的贖樓手續(xù)、終止授信額度等一切相關手續(xù),代為簽署銀行罰息(違約金)費用確認函(確認書)等相關資料,代交銀行提前還款違約金、領取上述房產(chǎn)的房地產(chǎn)買賣合同和房地產(chǎn)證等產(chǎn)權(quán)證明,領取辦理注銷抵押登記的相關文件、房地產(chǎn)買賣合同、借款合同、借款借據(jù)、購房發(fā)票、房屋保險單、發(fā)票和退保證明、付清樓款證明、還款憑證等,并在有關文件上簽字。
