T: You have searched some information about aliens and UFOs. Now please talk about them with your partner or give a speech.

T: The Internet is very useful and wonderful. I think most of you can use the Internet well, so what can we do on the Internet? Listen to the passage in1aand find out the answer to this question.

通過舉行辯論賽,讓學生懂得如何正確使用網(wǎng)絡資源。
1. (將班級學生分成正反方兩個大組,以“Is spending too much time on the Internet good or bad for us?”為題進行辯論。)
T: OK. Now let’s have a debate about this topic: Is spending too much time on the Internet good or bad for us? Group One thinks it is good and Group Two thinks it is bad. Please give your opinions.
G1:Spending too much time on the Internet is good for us. Because it is very useful and helpful. For example, we can study on the Internet, we can look up some new information, we can listen to music, and we can see movies or play video games if we want to relax.
G2:Spending too much time on the Internet is bad for us. Because it is bad for our eyes and our health. If we spend too much time on it, we may be sleepy, tired and indulge ourselves in the computer games and we do not want to study hard.
