　　Xx，今年23歲，xx人，今年6月份畢業(yè)于xxxx大學（石家莊市），于8月6號進入xxxx酒店成為試用員工，至今已滿三個月，在這三個月中我不由的感嘆時間飛逝。但隨著日子的流逝，酒店開業(yè)也近在咫尺。酒店各項工作也在日趨完善、成熟中。對酒店文化的不斷加深，從中讓我體會到皮都酒店領導班子的不同之處，使我越發(fā)覺得選擇皮都國際酒店、銷售部是我人生中一次正確的機遇。

　　從這三個月中我還領悟到了思想上、以及生活處事方面的東西。

　　在思想上，自覺遵守酒店規(guī)則制度，學習酒店的企業(yè)文化，積極參加酒店的培訓，這才是思想上進的王道。同時日益激烈的社會競爭，也使我充分的認識到成為一名酒店正式優(yōu)秀員工的重要性。

　　在生活處事中，皮都酒店雖然是我剛剛進入的一個新環(huán)境，但是酒店領導都很善解人意，關心員工，讓我體會到了酒店是個多么溫馨的'團體，從中也學會了如何與領導、同事更和睦的相處，在酒店各領導的關心和幫助下，讓我真正體會到了從一個學生到一個工作者的轉變。

　　在這三個月的試用期間，我深深的體會到，有一個和諧、共進的團隊是非常重要的雖然收獲不少，但是還有很多不足的地方需要我認真去學習、去領悟。我相信在今后的工作和學習中，一定要把事情想的更全面一些，經過試用期間的鍛煉，以及皮都國際酒店各領導的幫助下，我堅決改善自己的不足，把工作越做越好。
