good morning, my name is jack, it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview, i would like to answer whatever you may raise, and i hope i can make a good performance today, eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september.
now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years,i spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 with an ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice.
besides, i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing, this is our advantage study here, i have taken a tour to some big factory and company.
through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.
i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law, and what is my plan during graduate study life, i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal,i like my major packaging and i won't give up,if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields ,patent ,trademark, copyright, on the base of my years study in department of p&p, my character?
i cannot describe it well, but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surf online. through college life,i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

1、empathetic(善于察言觀色的)
empathy這個詞是指理解他人感受和想法的能力。但是明目張膽告訴別人你善于窺探別人的'心事，則容易引起別人的反感。比如某人失戀了，想把這當(dāng)作秘密藏起來，卻看到你用“看穿一切”的眼神看著他，一定會因?yàn)楸荒憧创┒械綗┰臧?如果你真有這方面的“超能力”，藏起來，別讓人知道，省得他人警戒你。
2、fearless(無所畏懼的)
每個人都應(yīng)該學(xué)會畏懼，會害怕才是正常人該有的心態(tài)。有勇氣并非是無畏，而是明明害怕卻依然在做著該做的事情。所以不要說自己天不怕地不怕，因?yàn)檫@樣不正常，不知道危險才容易折戟于危險之中。或許你應(yīng)該換個詞，比如courageous(富有勇氣的)。
3、straightforward(直截了當(dāng)?shù)?
想一想，如果別人對你說“我是個直截了當(dāng)?shù)娜?hellip;…”，那么你可能會想他的下一句話是“你的工作真是太不盡責(zé)了，我深刻質(zhì)疑你的工作能力，你肯定辦不好這件事……”。我們是要說話誠實(shí)，但誠實(shí)不代表一定要傷了別人的心。如果一個人說自己很直截了當(dāng)，很可能別人就會對他敬而遠(yuǎn)之，因?yàn)樗稽c(diǎn)不客氣，甚至不講禮貌。
4、adaptable(能夠適應(yīng))
其實(shí)，這句話原本挺不錯，只是現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)淪為了陳詞濫調(diào)。萬物恒變，沒有東西保持不變，我們只有適應(yīng)才能夠生存，也就是說適應(yīng)能力是我們的基礎(chǔ)能力。不要覺得做到了自己應(yīng)該做的事很了不起，實(shí)際上這本應(yīng)該就是要做好的事情。就好像一位設(shè)計師去新公司應(yīng)聘，然后說“我會做設(shè)計”一樣，別人反而懷疑你是不是能力不夠刻意這么說。
5、independent(獨(dú)立性強(qiáng))
依靠自己是好事，能一個人照顧好自己，不用靠太多的幫助就能成事。但是，把這個放到團(tuán)隊工作中去還是好事嗎?那就變成了你只習(xí)慣一個人工作而忽略了團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，等同于對同事不負(fù)責(zé)任，也不合群。就算當(dāng)了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，孤軍奮戰(zhàn)也必定會讓整個團(tuán)隊如一盤散沙，工作一無是處。
