My name is jack， it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview， i would like to answer whatever you may raise， and i hope i can make a good performance today， eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september. now i will introduce myself briefly，i am 21 years old，born in heilongjiang province ，northeast of china，and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.
My major is packaging engineering.and i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years，i spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides， i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing， this is our advantage study here， i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us， unfortunately， although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978，our packaging industry are still underdeveloped， mess， unstable， the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.

自我介紹不是背簡(jiǎn)歷
自我介紹通常是面試過程的第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，找過工作的人對(duì)此并不陌生。昨天，在參加單面比賽時(shí)，大三學(xué)生小吳聽到面試官要求他做自我介紹時(shí)，小吳流利地說出自己的姓名、年齡、院校、專業(yè)等。這種回答讓面試官直搖頭。“自我介紹不是照簡(jiǎn)歷上的基本信息背一遍，而是要讓我們知道你怎樣看待自己。”有著十幾年人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的面試官尹瀟瑞說，自我介紹考查的是應(yīng)聘者的語(yǔ)言組織能力，以及對(duì)自己的定位是否清晰。“要像明星出場(chǎng)一樣，短時(shí)間內(nèi)就讓人看到自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。”
“我是南大化工學(xué)院研二學(xué)生丁少杰，我將用3個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞來介紹自己。”丁少杰的這句話，立刻讓面試官尹瀟瑞抬起頭來，坐正身子認(rèn)真聽起來。丁少杰的3個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞是“社團(tuán)”、“比賽”、“實(shí)習(xí)”，并分別舉了幾個(gè)例子，讓面試官尹瀟瑞聽得頻頻點(diǎn)頭。尹瀟瑞說，3個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞證明了她的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力很強(qiáng)。
如實(shí)相告自己的缺點(diǎn)
面試結(jié)束后，大三學(xué)生小吳向面試官白斌請(qǐng)教：“被問到自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)時(shí)，我該怎么回答?”白斌告訴他，挑出應(yīng)聘崗位所需要的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，最多說3個(gè)即可，多于3個(gè)，就會(huì)讓人覺得太自負(fù)。
“被問到缺點(diǎn)時(shí)，要不要如實(shí)告訴面試官?”白斌認(rèn)為，要如實(shí)相告。“沒有人完美無(wú)缺，一個(gè)人最可悲的是不知道自己的缺點(diǎn)，最可貴的是發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的缺點(diǎn)，作出改正的.努力。”白斌說，如實(shí)相告會(huì)讓面試官覺得你這個(gè)人是誠(chéng)實(shí)的，做人沒問題。“在回答缺點(diǎn)這個(gè)問題上，千萬(wàn)不要撒謊，面試官會(huì)通過應(yīng)聘者的眼神、肢體語(yǔ)言等看出來。”
察言觀色判定面試官性格
“不要談?wù)撔剿?rdquo;，很多應(yīng)聘者都知道要遵守這個(gè)原則，但當(dāng)被面試官問到這個(gè)敏感問題時(shí)，說多少才算妥當(dāng)?白斌認(rèn)為，不同的企業(yè)文化，以及面試官的不同性格，對(duì)同一個(gè)應(yīng)聘者的回答，會(huì)有不同的評(píng)判。“你回答3000元，有的面試官會(huì)覺得你很踏實(shí)，實(shí)事求是。還有的面試官會(huì)覺得你欲望不高，沒有上進(jìn)心。”因此，白斌建議在校大學(xué)生，要學(xué)會(huì)察言觀色。“跟各種各樣的人交流，了解他們的心理和性格，這樣在面試時(shí)就能快速判斷面試官是什么樣的人，從而調(diào)整自己的應(yīng)聘策略。”
