　　I’m glad to introduce myself to you. My Chinese name is Ma Lin, but you can call me Rock, my English name. I chose Rock to be my English name because I want to be as tough as a rock, hehe. I was born and raised in Guangdong, so I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin.

　　I’ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school, so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. My GPA is 3.6, it ranks number 9 in the 115 students in my grade. And I’ve passed 15 exams in CGA, I anticipate I will get the CGA qualification in 2009.

　　Besides having good academic performance, I was actively involved in student activities. I was in charge of Student Welfare (生活委員) in my class, and in the Student Union of our school. I enjoyed this position because what I did was very important to everybody, although it was mostly small details.

　　I had a three-month internship in Guangdong Zhengzhong Accounting Firm. I did the inventory check and helped the accountants to make the auditing reports. My boss was pleased with my performance and he asked me to recommend my classmate to join our team.

　　銀行面試自我介紹注意事項：

　　在做銀行面試自我介紹的時候要注意的側(cè)重點

　　1、分析自己哪種type的人是銀行所看重的呢?在自己的經(jīng)歷中尋找可以證明自己具備各個qualification的例子(最好是小故事)，注意，不建議去編故事，欺騙的結(jié)果會很慘的。如果你的經(jīng)歷較少，建議你先將自己的經(jīng)歷仔細分析和挖掘一下，考慮這些經(jīng)歷可以著重說明你具備哪種技能，進而在今后的面試中將面試官向這些方面引導(dǎo)，勝算會更大。

　　2、分析行業(yè)真正的去了解銀行業(yè)，知道這個行業(yè)在做什么、未來的發(fā)展方向怎樣、有哪些重要的player以及他們之間的核心競爭力差異等等(在中國活躍的投行有那么幾家，在管理運作和優(yōu)勢劣勢方面仍有一定的不同，要通過新聞等各種渠道了解它們)。

　　3、分析目標(biāo)公司知道這個公司的優(yōu)勢在哪里(去網(wǎng)站上仔細看看吧)，曾經(jīng)做過哪些deal和擁有的大客戶(特別是在亞太市場上，做一個newsrun)，他們的文化(如果可以說明你的性格適合這種文化就更好了，如Goldman的TeamPlayer文化)等等。

　　4、分析你要申請的部門和職位投行有很多部門，工作性質(zhì)差異非常大，對每個人的要求也就不太一樣。而且，在列舉公司業(yè)績的時候也要有的放矢。舉個例子，QFII就不是IBD的業(yè)務(wù)，不良資產(chǎn)處置在Goldman里也不是IBD的業(yè)務(wù)。在面試IBD的時候強調(diào)這些，并不一定能夠有效的刺激面試官的神經(jīng)。

　　5、熟悉求職簡歷上寫的都是自己曾經(jīng)做過的事情，沒有理由不知道具體的內(nèi)容。投行里的人喜歡看細節(jié)、刨根問底，希望你對簡歷上所有的細節(jié)都100%了解并可以很好的陳述，從而不至于面試官誤認(rèn)為你是在欺騙。

　　6、模擬面試如果有可能的話，請一個有銀行面試經(jīng)歷的同學(xué)給你一個mockinterview，會讓你很快的進入狀態(tài)的，模擬面試后，你自己也可以給自己打分，并進行改進。
