　　正所謂“不以規(guī)矩不能成方圓”。超市作為一個(gè)經(jīng)營(yíng)單位，自然有自己的規(guī)矩。例如不許篡位，不許隨意換崗，不許隨意閑逸聊天等等。像我，是負(fù)責(zé)在食品區(qū)的巧克力區(qū)站崗的，就不能跑去生活用品區(qū)，更不能與同崗位的同事無視客人而侃侃而談。在超市工作，必須有一個(gè)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)男呐c一份嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)膽B(tài)度。首先，這就表現(xiàn)在嚴(yán)格固定的上班時(shí)間。我的上班時(shí)間是早上8點(diǎn)到中午12點(diǎn)半，晚上是7點(diǎn)到10點(diǎn)半。超市服務(wù)員的`工作看似簡(jiǎn)簡(jiǎn)單單地站站就可以了，但是，只有真正從事這份工作后才知其艱辛。早上必須一早起床，睡眼惺忪地就要開始到達(dá)上班地點(diǎn)站崗了，而且一站就是幾個(gè)小時(shí)，這樣一天站下來，腳都有點(diǎn)顫抖了，發(fā)軟了。唯一休息的時(shí)間，也就是上廁所的時(shí)間。而且，作為一個(gè)合格的超市服務(wù)員，不能只是呆呆地站著，還必須適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)貨。貨架上的貨物被顧客買走了，貨架就有空位置了，這是，我們就得從倉庫把同樣的產(chǎn)品拿來補(bǔ)到原來的位子上去。如果超市的顧客很多的話，不能只顧著補(bǔ)貨，要看著點(diǎn)的，防止小偷的偷竊行為。當(dāng)然，不是每時(shí)每刻都有貨上的。有時(shí)，貨架上的貨物都補(bǔ)齊了，人就比較閑，但是這個(gè)閑不能表現(xiàn)出來，必須找別的事情做的。超市是不允許養(yǎng)一個(gè)懶惰的員工的。所以，這個(gè)時(shí)候還得負(fù)責(zé)所在位置的清潔工作，要貨架與食物看起來時(shí)刻都那么地光鮮亮麗，這樣客人才有購買欲。除此之外，員工還必須掌握所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的相關(guān)知識(shí)。比如我負(fù)責(zé)的是巧克力區(qū)，那么我就必須掌握巧克力的相關(guān)知識(shí)，包括熱量，價(jià)格，味道等等。顧客就是上帝，當(dāng)顧客問到相關(guān)問題時(shí)，我們就能答得上話，盡忠盡職了。
