　　6、 另紙簽證的概念。如何辦理新加波另紙簽證。

　　答：所謂另紙簽證，是指代表使領(lǐng)館的簽證標示，或稱準許入境蓋得章。不顯示的護照上，而是在另一張有新加坡移民局專用的簽證紙上（僅限于旅游團簽證）。

　　程序：（1）有組團社將游客詳細無誤的有關(guān)資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護照簽發(fā)地和簽發(fā)時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請表格及擔保書（含擔保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準入境的簽證標示或準入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅游團抵達后，由領(lǐng)隊出示護照及團隊名單后即可領(lǐng)取新加坡移民局簽發(fā)的一張全團簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內(nèi)可多次入境）。

　　7、 中國出入境的操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　答：1）、領(lǐng)隊應(yīng)告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關(guān)規(guī)定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經(jīng)檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領(lǐng)隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護照過關(guān)。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。

　　8、 外國地區(qū)出入境操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　1） 盡快辦理房間登記手續(xù)，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內(nèi)部設(shè)施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領(lǐng)隊、導(dǎo)游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發(fā)時間。3）進房間后，對國內(nèi)重點客人應(yīng)親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協(xié)助解決有關(guān)問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。
