　　我有哪些背景和經(jīng)歷？

　　可以發(fā)動(dòng)朋友同事家人一起來(lái)想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。

　　2．總結(jié)完畢，再度拷問(wèn)自己：

　　在這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)中，我最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)是什么？

　　3．結(jié)合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問(wèn)自己：
