　　程序：（1）有組團(tuán)社將游客詳細(xì)無誤的有關(guān)資料（姓名、性別、出生年月、出生地護(hù)照簽發(fā)地和簽發(fā)時間）列一個表格，先傳到新加坡的地方接待社。2）再有新加波地方接待社為每人填寫一張新加坡移民局的簽證申請表，并加蓋地方接待社的公章后，將申請表格及擔(dān)保書（含擔(dān)保金）交新加坡移民局。3）新加坡移民局按上述表格，另打一張以旅游者的姓名的英文名拼音26個字母順序排列的正式簽證表，打上準(zhǔn)入境的簽證標(biāo)示或準(zhǔn)入境的章，存放在新加坡的移民局的機場窗口。4）待旅游團(tuán)抵達(dá)后，由領(lǐng)隊出示護(hù)照及團(tuán)隊名單后即可領(lǐng)取新加坡移民局簽發(fā)的一張全團(tuán)簽證。（新加坡簽證的有效期21天，在14天內(nèi)可多次入境）。

　　7、中國出入境的操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　答：1）、領(lǐng)隊?wèi)?yīng)告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關(guān)規(guī)定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經(jīng)檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護(hù)照，領(lǐng)隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護(hù)照過關(guān)。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。

　　8、外國地區(qū)出入境操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　11、領(lǐng)隊在境外安排住宿時應(yīng)掌握哪里工作要點？

　　1）盡快辦理房間登記手續(xù)，記住每位團(tuán)員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內(nèi)部設(shè)施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團(tuán)員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領(lǐng)隊、導(dǎo)游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發(fā)時間。3）進(jìn)房間后，對國內(nèi)重點客人應(yīng)親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協(xié)助解決有關(guān)問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。

　　4）如有行李，應(yīng)檢查行李是否已送到客人的房間。

　　14、辦理行李托運時，領(lǐng)隊?wèi)?yīng)告訴客人什么？

　　答：在境外旅游時，托運行李遺失（下飛機后在行李認(rèn)領(lǐng)處————行李傳送帶上找不到自己托運的行李）的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。這因由旅游者所乘飛機的航空公司負(fù)責(zé)。遇到托運行李丟失，應(yīng)立即到機場失物登記處辦理行李丟失和認(rèn)領(lǐng)手續(xù)。在領(lǐng)隊的協(xié)助下，主動出示機票和行李托運收據(jù)，詳細(xì)說明始發(fā)站、中專站、行李件數(shù)及丟失行李的尺寸、顏色、形狀、標(biāo)志等特征（不需要講清行李內(nèi)的物品），并一一填寫在失物登記表上。在一般情況下，機場失物登記表處的有關(guān)人員根據(jù)失主所填的失物登記表，會馬上打開電腦查詢，而且，立即通知失主行李現(xiàn)在何處，并致歉意，然后在下一班飛機抵達(dá)后或者更晚一些時間將行李送到旅游者下榻的賓館。如果是終點站，也可送到失主的家中。如經(jīng)過查找確認(rèn)丟失，各國航空公司按自己的規(guī)定（根據(jù)行李的尺寸或行李的重量）予以賠償。請注意，從不按行李內(nèi)的物品的價值予以賠償。這是國家慣例。

　　(2) 全世界大多數(shù)國家和地區(qū)均遵守右側(cè)通行的規(guī)則，但在中國香港、澳門地區(qū)和日本、英國以及東南亞等一些國家是左側(cè)通行，與中國內(nèi)地右側(cè)通行恰恰相反。所以，旅游者必須在短時間內(nèi)改變習(xí)慣，穿越馬路時先向右看。

　　(3) 境外車速較快，公路安全靠所設(shè)計的許多交通標(biāo)志指揮車輛完全運行。如自己開車，更要事先充分了解當(dāng)?shù)氐慕煌?biāo)志與交通法規(guī)以及與中國之間的差異。
