　　GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　The Graduate Trainee Program is designed as a program to attract talent to the organization to meet its future growing needs. The program is also designed to bring awareness of Louis Dreyfus Commodities to leading universities as a means of attracting talent to the organization. The program is an investment by the company to develop talent and fast track individuals into a designated field.

　　CAMPUS RECRUITMENT PROCESS

　　三、招聘崗位

　　(一)POSITIONS FOR GRADUATE TRAINEE PROGRAM

　　We provide graduate trainee positions on Commercial Track, Operations Track, Industrial Track and Financial Track to graduates in this program, starting from July 2015, lasting for 12 months.

　　我們?yōu)閼?yīng)屆畢業(yè)生提供商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生、運營培訓(xùn)生、工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生和財務(wù)培訓(xùn)生等崗位。項目從2015年7月開始，為期12個月。

　　(二)COMMERCIAL TRACK 商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生

　　為了向這家超過160年歷史的世界500強跨國貿(mào)易公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)團隊持續(xù)輸送優(yōu)秀人才，商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將在12個月的時間里，在包括現(xiàn)貨期貨交易、產(chǎn)品和市場分析、市場、物流、采購以及合同執(zhí)行等方面接受全面和系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)。在經(jīng)過數(shù)月的培訓(xùn)和評估后，商業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將被分配在適合自己發(fā)展的職位上。即使在其后2到4年的時間里，您仍有機會在其他的職位上輪崗。

　　參考專業(yè)(原則上不限專業(yè))：國際貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、金融學(xué)、管理類或其他專業(yè)。

　　工作地點：北京，上海或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(三)OPERATIONS TRACK 運營培訓(xùn)生

　　物流和商務(wù)執(zhí)行是公司運營的重要基礎(chǔ)和保障，是將"Transaction"轉(zhuǎn)化為"Cash"的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。運營培訓(xùn)生將在公司的上述兩個部門接受系統(tǒng)性培訓(xùn)，并有機會全面了解公司各業(yè)務(wù)平臺的知識和運營模式。

　　參考專業(yè)：國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟管理、物流管理，以及其他經(jīng)濟或貿(mào)易類專業(yè)。

　　工作地點：北京或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(四)INDUSTRIAL TRACK 工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生

　　工業(yè)培訓(xùn)生將在公司下屬的油脂壓榨廠輪崗。通過系統(tǒng)性地學(xué)習(xí)工廠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營中各個部門和環(huán)節(jié)的知識，讓一名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生初步具備成為未來工廠管理人員的能力。

　　參考專業(yè)：油脂工程、食品科學(xué)與工程、機械和自動化、機電一體化、環(huán)境和安全類或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)。

　　工作地點：河北霸州，江蘇張家港，廣東東莞或公司可能安排的其他地點。

　　(五)FINANCIAL TRACK 財務(wù)培訓(xùn)生

　　財務(wù)部全面負(fù)責(zé)這家跨國貿(mào)易公司運營所涉及的會計、稅務(wù)、信用審查、資金管理、財務(wù)及營運控制等方面的工作。作為財務(wù)培訓(xùn)生，將廣泛接觸財務(wù)部上述各個領(lǐng)域的工作，詳細(xì)了解每一個組成部分的工作內(nèi)容，讓一名應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生初步具備成為未來財務(wù)管理人員的能力。

　　參考專業(yè)：會計學(xué)、財務(wù)學(xué)、金融學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè).

　　工作地點：北京，廣東東莞或公司可能安排的其他地點。
