  二、招聘崗位

  Technical Trainee

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Responsible for developing, migrating and maintaining Thomson Reuters infrastructure and Products

  Responsible for delivering & supporting development of IT solutions across internal/external products, databases, infrastructures & networks

  Responsible for executing test cases and test procedures within an established testing window

  Responsible for creating & maintaining required technical documentation/manual related to assigned components to ensure supportability

  Understand product software development and working within the release cycle and meet the set deadlines

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  BS/BA/BE in computer science, computer engineering or

  Equivalent willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary

  Good Team player and self-sufficient

  Familiar with one of basic technical language: Database, Data-Modeling, C, C++, C# ,Java, SQL, PL/SQL ,Perl, Python or others

  Familiar with Windows/Unix/Linux administration experience

  Good in writing and speaking English

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

  Knowledge in Financial Markets

  Ability to rapidly absorb new concepts – either technological, or industry related

  Good requirement analysis and issues investigation skills

  System software, enterprise application or data mining, data warehouse experience is advantage

  Agile Development Model experience preferred

  Associate Content Analyst (Japanese/English/Korean Linguist)

  Provide clients with Financial Data relating to companies within all various Asian countries

  Maintain databases in a timely and accurate manner

  Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information

  Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients

  Willingness to take absolute responsibility for work tasks

  Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure

  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  Self motivated even when attending to routine tasks

  Innovative and analytical towards processes and working environment

  Ability to follow company best practices

  Team Spirit

  Knowledge or experience of financial markets or accounting principles a distinct advantage for some roles

  Some roles will require employees to work shift patterns and/or during public/national holidays

  During cyclical busy periods, analysts will be expected to work extended hours to meet the strict timeliness targets

  Japanese Linguist

  Language Competencies

  Fluent in English (firm understanding of spelling, grammar and usage) a pre-requisite

  Fluent in Japanese, must pass or at the same level of JLPT -1

  English Linguist

  Language Competencies

  Fluent in English (firm understanding of spelling, grammar and usage) a pre-requisite

  CET 6 for non-English major, TEM 8 for English major are preferred

  Korean Linguist

  Fluent in English (firm understanding of spelling, grammar and usage) a pre-requisite

  四、薪酬福利

  薪酬

  工資:公司為員工提供高于行業(yè)平均水平的薪酬。公司將為員工代扣代繳社會保險與住房公積金的個人部分及個人所得稅。公司會根據(jù)市場水平以及公司的績效,以及員工上年度的績效表現(xiàn)來決定每年年度的薪酬調(diào)整。

  新年獎金:公司將支付數(shù)額相當于員工本人一個月基本工資的新年獎金,在員工入職的當年內(nèi)該獎金按比例計算。

  住院津貼:因病住院每天享受100元津貼補助,每年度最多180天。

  A: We have 2 categories of positions, Development and Content. Within Development, there are Trainee Software Engineer in C++/C#/Java, and Trainee Quality Software Engineer; Associate Content Analyst is available for Japanese, Korean, and English Linguists.

  The skills (C++ or Japanese, for example) you have counts when you are applying, instead of your current major.
