THE INVITATION LETTER SUBMITTED BY THE ITALIAN COMPANY MUST CONTAIN ALL THE DATA HEREBY SPECIFIED WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION. INCOMPLETE DATA WILL LEAD TO A REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION AT THE COUNTER
(The invitation letter is to be drafted in Italian on headed paper, signed by a legal person and sealed with the company chop)

意大利商務(wù)邀請(qǐng)函的要求：
邀請(qǐng)函需提供原件,需用邀請(qǐng)公司的正式信頭紙打印，印有邀請(qǐng)公司地址、電話號(hào)碼、傳真號(hào)碼等聯(lián)系信息，內(nèi)容須包括：
1、申請(qǐng)人的護(hù)照號(hào)碼、出生日期、職務(wù)、薪酬；
2、到訪目的（必須詳細(xì)具體），計(jì)劃逗留的`時(shí)間（從什么時(shí)候到什么時(shí)候、共停留多少天），詳細(xì)行程安排；
3、出訪費(fèi)用由誰(shuí)支付；回國(guó)保證；
4、注明邀請(qǐng)人的姓名及職務(wù)，打印后蓋章并親筆簽名；
如果是展會(huì)邀請(qǐng)請(qǐng)注意：A參展所交費(fèi)用的匯款單據(jù)，及對(duì)方的發(fā)票確認(rèn);B展位圖紙，并勾畫出參展的位置;C參展的產(chǎn)品介紹及其他輔助材料，公司的業(yè)務(wù)介紹，交易額等。
