　　先到的學(xué)員及家長到中心前臺簽到并領(lǐng)取兩張活動券，一張簽到卷參加活動，活動結(jié)束后憑簽到卷及兌獎卷領(lǐng)取獎品及紀(jì)念品。

　　第一環(huán)節(jié)：親子游戲

　　第二環(huán)節(jié)：制作生日帽、制作書簽

　　第三環(huán)節(jié)：集體生日

　　第四環(huán)節(jié)：派發(fā)生日禮品(活動結(jié)束后憑兌獎券至前臺領(lǐng)取)

　　時間：4月30日下午1點(diǎn)30分-3點(diǎn)30分

　　地點(diǎn)：XX培訓(xùn)中心
