　　你如果說，我的目標(biāo)很簡單，就是年薪50萬。對這樣的目標(biāo)，我的建議是，目標(biāo)不能太物質(zhì)化。太短期、太物質(zhì)化的目標(biāo)不能內(nèi)化成你的夢想。像年薪50萬、100萬這樣的目標(biāo)，你可能很快就實(shí)現(xiàn)了，然后就失去了夢想，沒了目標(biāo)，跟有些拿到巨額拆遷款的人一樣，沉溺于賭博，把自己的未來都?xì)Я?或者有的物質(zhì)化目標(biāo)很難實(shí)現(xiàn)，比如你想成為中國首富，可能你很快就放棄了。我認(rèn)為，只有這種非利益化的'夢想和目標(biāo)，才能長期激勵(lì)一個(gè)人不斷地去追求。

　　我大學(xué)畢業(yè)時(shí)，也面臨著選擇。到底是去南方的某家銀行工作，拿一月3000元的高薪，還是去北京的一家大型電腦公司，拿一月800元的工資?我沒什么猶豫就選擇了后者，因?yàn)橹挥械诫娔X公司，才能學(xué)習(xí)怎么做軟件，才有機(jī)會實(shí)現(xiàn)我的夢想。

　　后來我離開這家電腦公司到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)里去創(chuàng)業(yè)，有很多人說：“你太有勇氣了，放棄了高薪和職位。”但是我覺得這不需要什么勇氣。它已經(jīng)不適合我了，沒法幫助我實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的夢想。這些別人認(rèn)為很珍貴的東西，對我來說是Nothing。所以，你的夢想和目標(biāo)不跟物質(zhì)掛鉤，物質(zhì)就不會成為你選擇時(shí)的掣肘。

　　對于高中生來說，誘惑可能是某個(gè)看起來前景良好的專業(yè)。對于大學(xué)生來說，誘惑可能是一份待遇豐厚、人人艷羨的工作。但是隨著你越走越遠(yuǎn)，物質(zhì)的誘惑越來越大，你就更需要夢想這個(gè)堅(jiān)定的羅盤來指引。

　　當(dāng)年我要離開雅虎，因?yàn)樵诶锩娌荒軇?chuàng)新，很多好想法實(shí)現(xiàn)不了，這種氛圍讓我窒息，讓我忍無可忍。雅虎說，要提前辭職，會扣我3000萬美金。即使放到現(xiàn)在，這也是一筆不小的數(shù)目。很多人替我惋惜，說你再混個(gè)一年半載的。我不想混，也最痛恨混。對我來說，自由是最重要的，干自己想干的事兒是最重要的。于是，我再一次的創(chuàng)業(yè)。于是，有了360。

For those of you who are black -- considering the evidence evidently is that there were white people who were responsible -- you can be filled with bitterness and with hatred and a desire for revenge. For those of you who are black and are tempted to fill with -- be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act against all white people I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed but he was killed by a white man. But we have to make an effort in the United States. We have to make an effort to understand to get beyond or go beyond these rather difficult times. My favorite poem my -- my favorite poet was Aeschylus. And he once wrote: Even in our sleep pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart until in our own despair

　　against our will comes wisdom through the awful grace of God.

　　What we need in the United States is not division; what we need in the United States is not hatred; what we need in the United States is not violence and lawlessness but is love and wisdom and compassion toward one another and a feeling of justice toward those who still suffer within our country whether they be white or whether they be black. So I ask you tonight to return home to say a prayer for the family of Martin Luther King -- yeah it's true -- but more importantly to say a prayer for our own country which all of us love -- a prayer for understanding and that compassion of which I spoke. We can do well in this country. We will have difficult times. We've had difficult times in the past but we -- and we will have difficult times in the future. It is not the end of violence; it is not the end of lawlessness; and it's not the end of disorder.

　　But the vast majority of white people and the vast majority of black people in this country want to live together want to improve the quality of our life and want justice for all human beings that abide in our land. And let's dedicate ourselves to what the Greeks wrote so many years ago: to tame the savageness of man and make gentle the life of this world. Let us dedicate ourselves to that and say a prayer for our country and for our people. Thank you very much.

　　“昆明宣言”指出，當(dāng)今世界，在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與資源環(huán)境矛盾日益突出的情況下，發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為一個(gè)重要趨勢。如何在生態(tài)環(huán)境容量和資源承載力的約束條件下，堅(jiān)持走以人為本、推動環(huán)境保護(hù)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展重要支柱的新型發(fā)展之路，是實(shí)現(xiàn)世界和平發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化的客觀要求和必然選擇。為此，倡議各級政府、各類企業(yè)以及媒體共同努力，實(shí)現(xiàn)“綠色夢想”。

　　有一位動物行為專家，出于良好的愿望，為了培養(yǎng)猩猩的創(chuàng)造力，在一個(gè)空房間里，為一只黑猩猩設(shè)置了一串掛在半空的香蕉和幾個(gè)散亂的可以疊起來的木箱，然后他關(guān)上門，從門上的小孔中向里窺視。然而，他看到的卻是另一只烏溜溜的眼睛——那只猩猩也正在向他窺視！

　　我以為，語文教育在此時(shí)代應(yīng)有兩個(gè)目標(biāo)：也就是傳統(tǒng)文化的承繼和純正的審美趣味。

突然，我被一塊石頭絆了一腳，重重地向前摔去。媽媽見我摔了一跤，趕緊跑來安慰我，我的膝蓋摔破了，手臂上也破了一小塊皮，可疼了。我一屁股坐在地上，對媽媽大喊：“我不爬了!爬山這么累，我要回家!”媽媽彎下腰，輕輕地把我扶起來，語重心長地說：“世上無難事，只怕有心人。人生有許多困難，你只要克服困難，就能看到山頂上美麗的風(fēng)景!”我聽了媽媽的話，便使出九牛二虎之力，一步一步向上爬。到了山頂，我看到了腳下蔥綠的`樹木和美麗的野花，十分高興。

　　第一個(gè)叫做阿里巴巴公司，主要集中在中小型企業(yè)上。在中國已有約3700萬至3800萬的注冊中小型公司在使用我們的服務(wù)，在海外有1200多萬家，這為他們提供了便利。我們的公司經(jīng)營模式非常簡單。其一是中國的國內(nèi)貿(mào)易，你可以通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)買賣任何東西，就像易趣網(wǎng)，類似一個(gè)市常不過，易趣網(wǎng)是顧客到顧客的電子商務(wù)模式，而我們是企業(yè)到企業(yè)的`模式。阿里巴巴的這種模式有兩種方式：一種是國內(nèi)貿(mào)易；另一種是進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易。阿里巴巴是一個(gè)全球采購與買賣市場，它逐漸發(fā)展壯大直到三年前在香港上市。當(dāng)時(shí)我們很幸運(yùn)，因?yàn)槲覀兩鲜械哪且惶�，正是牛市。我們什么都不用做，只見每股價(jià)格從13。5美元漲到40美元，一個(gè)勁兒的向上竄。但是，三個(gè)月后，仍然是什么都沒做，股價(jià)卻從每股40美元跌至3美元。要知道，總是起起伏伏，搖擺不定。如今公司已穩(wěn)定下來，而我們?nèi)栽谧鲭娮由虅?wù)，仍然將重點(diǎn)放在中小型企業(yè)上。除了這一家，其他四家公司都是私營企業(yè)。

　　We observe today not a victory of party，but a celebration of freedom -- symbolizing an end，as well as a beginning -- signifying renewal，as well as change. For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forebears prescribed nearly a century and three-quarters ago.

　　The world is very different now. For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe -- the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state，but from the hand of God.

　　We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place，to friend and foe alike，that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans -- born in this century，tempered by war，disciplined by a hard and bitter peace，proud of our ancient heritage，and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed，and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.

　　Let every nation know，whether it wishes us well or ill，that we shall pay any price，bear any burden，meet any hardship，support any friend，oppose any foe，to assure the survival and the success of liberty. This much we pledge -- and more.

　　To those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share，we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided there is little we can do -- for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder. To those new states whom we welcome to the ranks of the free，we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. We shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. But we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom -- and to remember that，in the past，those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside.

　　To those people in the huts and villages of half the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery，we pledge our best efforts to help them help themselves，for whatever period is required -- not because the Communists may be doing it，not because we seek their votes，but because it is right. If a free society cannot help the many who are poor，it cannot save the few who are rich.

　　To our sister republics south of our border，we offer a special pledge: to convert our good words into good deeds，in a new alliance for progress，to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. But this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. Let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the Americas. And let every other power know that this hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house.

　　To that world assembly of sovereign states，the United Nations，our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace，we renew our pledge of support -- to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective，to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak，and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run. Finally，to those nations who would make themselves our adversary，we offer not a pledge but a request: that both sides begin anew the quest for peace，before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction.

　　We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed. But neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course -- both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons，both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom，yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankind's final war.

　　So let us begin anew -- remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness，and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us never negotiate out of fear，but let us never fear to negotiate.

　　Let both sides explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us. Let both sides，for the first time，formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms，and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations.

　　Let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors. Together let us explore the stars，conquer the deserts，eradicate disease，tap the ocean depths，and encourage the arts and commerce.

　　Let both sides unite to heed，in all corners of the earth，the command of Isaiah -- to "undo the heavy burdens，and [to] let the oppressed go free." And，if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion，let both sides join in creating a new endeavor -- not a new balance of power，but a new world of law -- where the strong are just，and the weak secure，and the peace preserved. All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days; nor in the life of this Administration; nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.

　　In your hands，my fellow citizens，more than mine，will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded，each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe. Now the trumpet summons us again -- not as a call to bear arms，though arms we need -- not as a call to battle，though embattled we are -- but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle，year in and year out，"rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation，" a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny，poverty，disease，and war itself. Can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance，North and South，East and West，that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? Will you join in that historic effort? In the long history of the world，only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility -- I welcome it. I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy，the faith，the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it. And the glow from that fire can truly light the world. And so，my fellow Americans，ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world，ask not what America will do for you，but what together we can do for the freedom of man.

　　The very existence of the Greek state is today threatened by the terrorist activities of several thousand armed men, led by Communists, who defy the governments authority at a number of points, particularly along the northern boundaries.

　　A Commission appointed by the United Nations security Council is at present investigating disturbed conditions in northern Greece and alleged border violations along the frontiers between Greece on the one hand and Albania, Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia on the other.

　　Meanwhile, the Greek Government is unable to cope with the situation.

　　The Greek army is small and poorly equipped.

　　It needs supplies and equipment if it is to restore authority of the government throughout Greek territory.

　　Greece must have assistance if it is to become a self-supporting and self-respecting democracy.

　　The United States must supply this assistance.

　　We have already extended to Greece certain types of relief and economic aid.

　　But these are inadequate.

　　There is no other country to which democratic Greece can turn.

　　No other nation is willing and able to provide the necessary support for a democratic Greek government.

　　The British Government, which has been helping Greece, can give no further financial or economic aid after March 31st.

　　Great Britain finds itself under the necessity of reducing or liquidating its commitments in several parts of the world, including Greece.

　　We have considered how the United Nations might assist in this crisis.

　　But the situation is an urgent one, requiring immediate action, and the United Nations and its related organizations are not in a position to extend help of the kind that is required.

　　It is important to note that the Greek Government has asked for our aid in utilizing effectively the financial and other assistance we may give to Greece, and in improving its public administration.

　　It is of the utmost importance that we supervise the use of any funds made available to Greece in such a manner that each dollar spent will count toward making Greece self-supporting, and will help to build an economy in which a healthy democracy can flourish.

　　No government is perfect.

　　One of the chief virtues of a democracy, however, is that its defects are always visible and under democratic processes can be pointed out and corrected.

　　The Government of Greece is not perfect.

　　Nevertheless it represents eighty-five per cent of the members of the Greek Parliament who were chosen in an election last year.

MAKING First of all, I’d like to talk about the importance of speaking good English and share my experience in learning English with you. As you know, English has become an international language. Wherever you go, English is always commonly used. It is convenient to know the language. At the same time, English may be the most important factor in deciding which countries are leaders in the future. The language of the most advanced management and technology is undoubtedly English. Being able to absorb this information is really the key to the new century. In the 21century. We can’t go there and speak our own language because nobody is going to learn it in order to understand us. Our Asian rival, India, has surged ahead of other developing countries in information technology because of its superior English skills. Unlewe are able to master English, we will not be able to get our population to use IT and take advantage of the new economy. There is an urgent need to have a workforce which is proficient in the language in view of the information technology onslaught. Second, about learning English, I think laying a strong foundation is the first and most important step. In other words, you should read and speak English every day. Memorizing new words and phrases is also helpful. Of course, learning English takes some time, so don’t be impatient. Remember, Rome wasn’t built in a day. And then since English is not our native tongue, we must develop the muscles of your speech organs to produce unfamiliar sounds. When you read, read as loudly as possible, as clearly as possible and as quickly as possible. Tongue muscles’ training is of importance in learning any foreign language. Third, if you want to speak good English, please don’t care how poorly well you speak, only care about catching the chances to speak. You must enjoy losing face, just forget about your face. The more you speak, the better your English will become. The more mistakes you make, the more progreyou will make. You must enjoy speaking poor English, because speaking is the only thing that will lead you towards success. Don’t give up. Just try your best. Every time you move your mouth, your memory will deepen, your muscles will strengthen. You can make it. I have made a considerable amounts of public English speaking in my life, I am often asked why the crazy English method is better than other methods or if the crazy English method will help all English learners. My answer is, the method will help the English learners because it is a perfect match with the Chinese principles of diligence, self-help and determination. Mere exposure to English will not enable you to speak English. If you want to drive you have to get in the car and drive, if you want to dance you have to turn on the music and dance, if you want to swim you have to jump in the water and swim. In fact, swimming is the perfect comparison to learning English. You can’t learn to swim by sitting in a room and reading books about swimming skills. In order to be a swimmer you’ve got to conquer you fear, you’ve got to survive and suck in water, yell for help, you’ve got to lose face many times before you can make it. But, to be a good swimmer you’ve got to practice again and again. To be a great swimmer you have to practice for years until you can harmonize every part of your body and mind. Finally, I want to greet you and encourage you to seize this unique opportunity to conquer English and make lifelong friends from all over our college. As you know, We are human beings ，not animals. We know what we want to do. We know our destiny is in our hands. With hard work and determination, we can do anything we set our mind to do. Today, I will accompany you every minute on this unique journey. I want you to open your heart, I want you to be devoted, I want you to be crazy, I want you to forget about your face, I want to open your mouth wildly, I want you conquer your lazineand all the other human weaknesses, I want you to overcome all the obstacles that hold you back.
