三、乙方義務
1、乙方需按照甲方要求配合進行各項準備工作（包括但不限于提供證明材料、簽字蓋章等），乙方應保證其向甲方作出的陳述及提供的材料具備真實性；
2、除本協(xié)議另有約定外，此次留學申請所產(chǎn)生的費用
均由乙方自行承擔（包括但不限于辦理公證、護照、體檢、使館審理等費用，以及學校直接向乙方收取的費用）。如需甲方墊付的，乙方應當與甲方憑票據(jù)實結算上述全部墊付費用；
3、乙方應當按照甲方指示及時提供上述兩項所約定的材料、錢款。除甲方存在過錯外，如因材料真實性、提交及時性導致本協(xié)議委托事項無法順利完成的，相應的不利后果由乙方自行承擔；
4、乙方在接受甲方推薦的專業(yè)和學校之后，不得隨意更改。因乙方堅持更換學�；驅I(yè)所引起的費用及損失由乙方承擔；
5、就本協(xié)議委托事項，乙方應與甲方及時溝通，并在收到與申請有關的文件時及時通知甲方。
四、協(xié)議的終止、解除及附隨義務
1、本協(xié)議至甲方全部完成委托事務且乙方完成全部付款義務之日終止；經(jīng)甲、乙雙方協(xié)商一致，并就協(xié)議項下事務的處理及費用的支付另行達成書面協(xié)議的，可以解除本協(xié)議。
2、鑒于甲方未就上述委托事項向乙方預收任何費用，故除存在法律明確規(guī)定的情形外，乙方不得單方解除本協(xié)議。如乙方單方面提出解除本協(xié)議的，應當向甲方書面提出，并向甲方支付人民幣 元作為對于其前期工作的補償。
3、本協(xié)議的最長期限不超過 年，自雙方簽字蓋章之日起算。當甲方就需要乙方配合的事項以書面、郵件、短信等方式明確提出后乙方不予回應或配合，并由此導致委托事項無法繼續(xù)進行或超出上述協(xié)議期限時，應視為乙方以消極手段解除合同，乙方應就此向甲方支付人民幣 元作為對于其前期工作的補償。
4、本協(xié)議終止或解除后，雙方仍需對其所知曉的對方信息予以保密（包括但不限于身份信息、留學資料、客戶資料、辦事規(guī)程等），否則應賠償對方由此所造成的損失。
五、特別條款
甲方幫助乙方獲得學生簽證即視為本協(xié)議委托事項完成，乙方應當按約向甲方履行付款義務。非因甲方原因導致乙方不能如期入學，甲方不予退費。
乙方尚未成年或不具備支付能力的，前述委托費用或解除合同補償金由乙方的法定監(jiān)護人承擔。
六、其他約定 。
七、附則
1、本協(xié)議未盡事宜，可由雙方另行訂立書面補充協(xié)議。如有爭議，雙方應協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，任何一方均可向甲方所在地人民法院提起訴訟；

Another fact I want to mention is that personally I have sufficient money to study abroad. Although I did not request my parents to give me financial support, they are definitely willing and able to afford my education. My mother is a CPA, and serves as the Chief Accountant in People's Insurance Company of China DDD Branch with annual income exceeding EEE after tax. And my father is a government official having served in economics management field for over ten years. They have promised me to support me whenever necessary, and it is the love from my family that stimulates me to go further in my economics research pilgrimage.
Thanks to the booming of China's economy, the demand for economics professors, especially those who have studied abroad and understand the real market, is extremely high in China now.
