　　J: Are you interested in the processing business?

　　Z: We're also doing business of processing with materials by customers when we have surplus production. What type of products do you intend to process?

　　J: Toys, to be processed with our materials and designs.

　　J: I see. We'd like to know your rate of processing charges.

　　Z: The supplied materials shall be delivered to our warehouse at your expense. If any defect is found in the materials supplied by you, we will advise you immediately, and you will send over replacements in time. The allowance for damage to materials in the course of processing is 3%.

　　J: I think we may accept it. You shall process in strict accordance with the design, and deliver the finished products in conformity with the contract terms respecting the time of delivery, quality and quantity.

　　Z: We agree. We hope the payment shall be made by sight L/C to be opened by you not later than 30 days before shipment.

　　J: We can accept that. Shall the auxiliary materials and packing materials for processing be purchased by you on our behalf and the cost involved constitute a part of the processing fee?

　　Z: I'm afraid we can't accept that. The cost shall not constitute a part of the processing fee.

　　J: Well, when shall we come to sign the contract?

　　吉姆：好吧。我們何時(shí)能簽合同?

　　Z: How about Tuesday afternoon?

　　J: OK

　　吉姆：好的。
