T: Good afternoon. I'm Tom. Here is my business card. We talked on the phone this morning.

W: Oh, yes, I remember. Good afternoon. I feel much honored to meet you. Thank you for your time. I'm sure your visit in person will contribute a lot to the settlement of the price which we all care about. Please have a seat.

W: This is exactly what I am about to say. How do you think our bid?

T: To tell the truth, after studying your quotation carefully, I find that your price is much higher than the current price of the market, which is unacceptable to us. I hope you can reconsider it.
