A：Good morning, Mr. Smith. I'm glad to see you again。
A:早上好，史密斯先生。很高興再次見到你。
B: Me.too. Mr. White. I have received your letter about agency. It was about your new product.
B：我也很高興再見到你，懷特先生。我收到了你 方有關(guān)新產(chǎn)品代理的信
A: That's right. We have done business with each other for 4 years and we get along with each other quite well. We feel that your firm is the right one to be our sole agent in your country and we'll have the pleasure of offering you a sole agency.
A：沒錯’我們已經(jīng)合作4年了’而且關(guān)系一直很好。我覺得貴公司是擔(dān)任我方在貴國獨(dú)家代理的合適人選，我們樂于提名你們擔(dān)任我們的獨(dú)家代理商。
B: Thank you for offering us the sole agency for your products and appreciate the confidence you have placed in us. But there are several points which need further studying before we can give you a definite answer.
B:感謝貴方讓我們擔(dān)任貴產(chǎn)品的獨(dú)家代理，并感謝你們對我們的信任。但是，我在給你明確答復(fù)前，還有幾點(diǎn)需要進(jìn)一步研究。
A: What are they':
A:哪幾點(diǎn)呢?
B: First.we should have to be sure whether any of your new products overlaps what we are handling.
B:我們得弄清貴公司新產(chǎn)品中是否有與我們已經(jīng)代理的.項(xiàng)目重復(fù)。
A: Are you thinking of the domestic machinery or the imported equipment?
A：你考慮的是國內(nèi)機(jī)器還是進(jìn)口設(shè)備?
B: Both. Second.to what extent would you help us technically
B：都有，第二，在技術(shù)方面，貴方能給我方何種程度的支持?
A: We can assign one of our technical representatives to train your staff members who are in charge of our equipment.
A：我們將指定一名技術(shù)代表來培訓(xùn)貴公司負(fù)責(zé)我方設(shè)備的人員。
B:I see.l think I am quite clear now after your explanation. Thank you arrange another meeting with you when your draft contract is ready.
B:我明白了，聽了你的解釋，我非常清楚了。謝謝。一旦你方合同草案準(zhǔn)備好后，我可以安排與你方再次會面。
