  如果通知內(nèi)容是變更會(huì)議時(shí)間、地點(diǎn),可參照以下例文,

  The next Monthly Management Meeting (previously scheduled on Monday next week) has been rescheduled on Tuesday, July 5, same time, same place.

  下一次月例會(huì)(之前確定在下周一召開)被改在7月5日周二召開,時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)不變。

  3. 會(huì)議內(nèi)容逐條列出,言簡(jiǎn)意賅,

  例:Following is the agenda for the meeting:

 、貾urchase of New Office Computers 討論辦公室置備新電腦;

  ②Extension of Summer Holidays 討論關(guān)于延期暑假休假;

 、跙udgetary Control 討論控制經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算.

  4. 末端可以寫上與會(huì)者需要做哪些準(zhǔn)備工作,

  例:If there are any other items you would like to be placed on the agenda, let me know by e-mail by the end of this week. Thank you.
