CEEL只調(diào)查了經(jīng)濟學、商業(yè)和金融方面的大學本科專業(yè)和輔修科目以及研究生學位。調(diào)查結(jié)果不包括法律方面的學位。
照這個規(guī)則，參議院銀行委員會(Senate Banking Committee)主席克里斯·多德( Chris Dodd)、高級成員理查德·謝爾比(Richard
