　　Almost all of us heard the story “ Here Comes the Wolf “ when we were little kids. What we can learn from the story is that we must be honest. However, there’re lots of phenomena of dishonesty nowadays.

　　Being dishonest does great harm not only to other people but also to yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for example. After drinking this kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still thin, which badly affected their health. To our great relief, the producers got accused and punished　for all the serious consequences in the end.

　　Having the reputation of being honest and reliable will make other people trust you, which will provide you many benefits and give you opportunities that others may not get. Being honest, you will find it easier to cooperate with others and people will be friendly to you and support you. In a sense, if life is a long journey, honesty will be the backpack that should be taken along all the way.

　　Let’s pick up our “ backpack “ —honesty, and start the wonderful journey!

　　紀(jì)律之我見

　　My View on Discipline

　　Almost all of the foreigner investment companies believe that company need to be discipline first, then efficiency.But how do they do?

　　幾乎所有的外資企業(yè)都奉承企業(yè)先要有紀(jì)律才有效率，但是他們是怎么做的呢?

　　Firstly, leaders should exactly do what they have said, that is the beginning of the discipline, and it will impact the reputation of the company. If every employee of the company can do what they said, the discipline teams can be built.

　　領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者說話算數(shù)、說到做到，是紀(jì)律的開始，影響所及，團(tuán)隊(duì)成員每一個(gè)人都說到做到，紀(jì)律團(tuán)隊(duì)就形成了。

　　Secondly, the leaders of the company must be careful about the order they transmit making it, please think and think carefully, otherwise, once has given the order, but no execution, the organization’s discipline will not be exist.

　　領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者自己也要小心謹(jǐn)慎，下令前一定要思考再三，否則一旦令出不行，組織的紀(jì)律當(dāng)場蕩然無存。

　　Finally, the discipline is part of the company culture, how to standard the company’s discipline, is a large knowledge, since discipline is exist company’s invisible culture, is part of the organization, that require every employee be credit and said to do.
