職場(chǎng)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)中常見(jiàn)數(shù)字寫(xiě)法
I often see numbers written like this: 19.456 thousand or this: 19,456 thousand. Neither is correct in English, and both may cause confusion.
我經(jīng)�？吹接腥诉@么用英語(yǔ)來(lái)寫(xiě)數(shù)字：19.456千，或者19,456千。這兩種寫(xiě)法都不對(duì)，而且會(huì)引起誤會(huì)。
In English we do not mix numerals and words unless we are using the words “million”, “billion”, “trillion” etc. So, it is wrong to write, e.g., 24 thousand; instead you should write 24,000 or twenty-four thousand. 考試用書(shū)
在英語(yǔ)中，除了表示“百萬(wàn)”，“十億”，“萬(wàn)億”等詞外，數(shù)字和單詞是不能混用的。比如，你如果寫(xiě)24千，那就是錯(cuò)的'，你應(yīng)該寫(xiě)成24,000 或者twenty-four thousand（用數(shù)字，就全部用數(shù)字；用單詞，就全部用單詞；不能夾雜著用）。
19.456 thousand or 19,456 thousand should therefore be written in English in either of the following ways:
所以，19.456千，或者19,456千應(yīng)該按照下面這樣的方式寫(xiě)才對(duì)：
19,456,000 or 19.456 million (read as “nineteen million, four hundred and fifty-six thousand” or “nineteen point four-five-six million”)
19,456,000 或者19.456 million（讀作，一千九百四十五萬(wàn)六千）。
