　　Manager: Well... I'm pretty busy, but... all right, come in. What can I do for you?

　　經(jīng)理：嗯…我很忙，不過…好吧，進(jìn)來吧。有事嗎?

　　Lucy : Do you mind if I sit down?

　　露西：您介意我坐下來嗎?

　　Manager: Not at all. Take a seat. Now, what can I do for you?

　　經(jīng)理：完全不介意。坐吧�，F(xiàn)在說吧，有什么事?

　　Lucy: I want to leave the department. Do you think I could put in for a transfer?

　　露西：我想離開這個部門。您認(rèn)為我能申請調(diào)動嗎?

　　Manager: Yes, but why should you want to do that?

　　Lucy: Do you mind if I speak frankly?

　　Lucy: Well, you see, I don't like the office. I don't like the staff, and I'm afraid you and I don't get on. So may I put in for a transfer?

　　露西：嗯，您看，我不喜歡這個辦公室，不喜歡這些同事，而且恐怕我和您也相處不來。所以，我可以申請調(diào)動嗎?

　　Manager: Yes, I'd be delighted if you did.
