近半數(shù)95后不著急找工作
Almost half of China's young people of working age are not in a hurry to get conventional long-term jobs, a report issued by Tencent found. Instead, studying overseas, starting businesses and working in new emerging fields, such as Internet startups, topped their wish list.
騰訊發(fā)布的一份報告發(fā)現(xiàn),我國近半到了工作年齡的年輕人并不著急找一份傳統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定的工作,他們最渴望的是出國留學(xué)、自主創(chuàng)業(yè)以及在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)初創(chuàng)企業(yè)等新興領(lǐng)域就業(yè)。
About 15 million young people, including 7.65 million graduates from universities and colleges, and some from vocational schools, are entering working age, which makes this year one of the hardest for employment. Most of these young people were born after 1995.
在約1500萬青年就業(yè)群體中,包括了765萬人的大學(xué)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生以及一些來自職業(yè)學(xué)校的學(xué)生,正在進入工作年齡,這使得今年成為最難就業(yè)的一年。而這部分年輕人多是95后。
Some 48 percent of those surveyed by Tencent said they are not likely to be employed in traditional jobs, especially in the country's first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai.
在接受騰訊受訪的人中,約48%表示自己不愿從事傳統(tǒng)工作,尤其是在一線城市,比如北京和上海。
Among those who don't foresee an immediate job, only 1.2 percent said they would stay at home. About 25 percent said they will continue studying and more than 15 percent said they are looking forward to doing so overseas.
在不打算立即就業(yè)的年輕人中,只有1.2%的人選擇待業(yè)在家。約25%的人表示將繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí),超過15%的人向往出國留學(xué)。
Universities in the United States and Japan are most welcomed by young Chinese students, accounting for 45 percent and 28 percent, followed by those in Australia and Canada.
美國大學(xué)和日本大學(xué)是最受中國年輕學(xué)生歡迎的`,分別占據(jù)45%和28%。緊隨其后的是澳大利亞和加拿大。
More than 15 percent of those surveyed, especially women, said they would start their own businesses after graduation. Projects involving the Internet, agricultural cultivation and education with initial costs between 10,000 to 50,000 yuan, were their first choices.
15%以上的受訪者,尤其是女性,表示想在畢業(yè)后自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。初期成本在1萬-5萬元之間的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、農(nóng)業(yè)養(yǎng)殖和教育項目是他們的首選。
As for the top five most attractive new jobs, young people would like to work as Internet stars (54 percent) and in dubbing (17 percent), followed by cosmeticians (11 percent), cosplayers (8 percent) and game testers (7 percent).
至于最吸引人的五大新興職業(yè),想要成為網(wǎng)紅的年輕人占54%,聲優(yōu)占17%,接下來是占11%的化妝師,占8%的角色扮演者和占7%的游戲測評師。
