　　融資談判negotiation of financing

　　1.商務建議

　　通過借貸、租賃、集資等方式使資金融合并流通的方式，叫做融資。一般可以向有實力的銀行、財團( consortium)或風險投資公司(venture capital company)申請，這是中小創(chuàng)業(yè)者在起步階段獲取資金的較為理想的方式之一。在銀行的`信貸部門，你可以陳述融資的理由，然后提出申請：my purpose of coming here is to apply for a loan.(我來此的目的就是想申請一筆貸款)。
