　　1.Frankly, your price is on the high side.

　　On the high side: slightly too high 稍偏高

　　I like the house but I think the price is on the high side.

　　Side給人的感覺就是偏向哪一邊,那么我們還可以說on the big/small/tight side(偏大/小/緊).
