楊曉鈺，女，西南大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院教授，碩士生導(dǎo)師，英語教育系主任，教育部"國培計(jì)劃"專家?guī)焓着蓡T，重慶市教育專家資源庫中學(xué)和小學(xué)培訓(xùn)專家，重慶市基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革專家咨詢委員會(huì)專家，西南大學(xué)"國培計(jì)劃"英語學(xué)科首席專家。先后被中華全國總工會(huì)、中國共產(chǎn)黨重慶市委員會(huì)和重慶市總工會(huì)授予"全國女職工建功立業(yè)標(biāo)兵"、"重慶市優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員" 和"重慶市女職工素質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)‘學(xué)習(xí)型'標(biāo)兵"的稱號(hào)，還曾榮獲"首屆西南大學(xué)教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)"二等獎(jiǎng)，原西南師大"第四屆青年成才獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)基金"，"全國第三屆教育碩士優(yōu)秀教師"等。此外，還分別榮獲"首屆西南大學(xué)教學(xué)成果"二等獎(jiǎng)和"第二屆西南大學(xué)教學(xué)成果" 一等獎(jiǎng)。
主要從事中小學(xué)英語教材、教法的和教師培訓(xùn)的研究。所主編的小學(xué)英語教材《新路徑英語》為教育部首批審查通過的八套教材之一，并被教育部選作中國教育電視臺(tái)《空中英語學(xué)�！窓谀�"同步課堂"的三套教材之一；所主編的普通高中課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)教科書也為教育部審定通過的全國七套高中英語教材之一；2011年主持修改的初中英語教材Project English也通過教育部審定。此外，還主編了全國高等教育自學(xué)考試指定教材義務(wù)教育專業(yè)（獨(dú)立本科段）《初中英語學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)》及《初中英語學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)自學(xué)輔導(dǎo)書》，并主編了"大學(xué)英語選修課系列教材"《英語歌曲和英語學(xué)習(xí)》，還參與了普通高等教育"十一五"國家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材《英語教學(xué)論》的部分編寫工作。所主編的《兒童英漢雙語課堂系列》教材獲由新聞出版總署和教育部頒發(fā)的"全國優(yōu)秀教育音像制品獎(jiǎng)"二等獎(jiǎng)；教材《啟蒙英語》獲重慶市外文學(xué)會(huì)頒發(fā)的科研成果二等獎(jiǎng)，錄音帶獲重慶市首屆優(yōu)秀電化教育科研三等獎(jiǎng)。還主持完成了重慶市教育科學(xué)""十一五"規(guī)劃重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目"渝港合作重慶市貧困地區(qū)中學(xué)英語教師培訓(xùn)模式研究"， 以及" 新課程條件下外語專業(yè)師范生"立體化"培訓(xùn)模式"等課題。先后主編各種教材、教輔共100余冊。
長期以來積極服務(wù)于基礎(chǔ)教育，擔(dān)任中、小學(xué)和幼兒園英語教師的培訓(xùn)工作。作為教育部首批"國培計(jì)劃"專家?guī)鞂＜�，積極服務(wù)于各地基礎(chǔ)教育，先后被聘為北京外國語大學(xué)（外研社）、河南大學(xué)、河南師大、四川師大、云南師大、貴州師大、青海師大、重師、川外等二十多所大學(xué)為"國培計(jì)劃"培訓(xùn)專家，此外，還受邀為山東、福建、江蘇、廣西、廣東、湖南、云南、貴州、四川、河南、西藏、甘肅、重慶等十多個(gè)省市的骨干教師授課，深受教師好評(píng)。此外，還多次參加全國各種"中小學(xué)英語課程與教學(xué)改革"研討會(huì)，并擔(dān)任論文評(píng)審學(xué)術(shù)委員和現(xiàn)場評(píng)課工作。此外，還為中國教育電視臺(tái)《中學(xué)教師之友》欄目的優(yōu)秀教學(xué)案例作專家點(diǎn)評(píng)。

YANG Xiaoyu, female, professor at School of Foreign Languages, SouthwestUniversity, supervisor for postgraduates, Dean of English Education Department,member of the 1st batch of experts under National Teacher Training Program, expert in Primary and Secondary Teacher Training in Chongqing Education Expert Association, Chief Expert standing for the discipline of English under the National Teacher Training Program. She was awarded "National Outstanding Female Worker" by All China.Federation of Trade Unions, "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by Chinese.
Communist Party Committee of Chongqing Municipality and "Female Learning Model of Chongqing Municipality of Quality Standard Achievements" by Chongqing Municipality Federation of Trade Unions. Besides, she won many other awards such as the first prize for The 2nd Southwest University Teaching Achievement Award, the second prize for The 1st Southwest University Teaching Achievement Award and the 4th Young Scholar.
Outstanding Achievement Fund issued by Southwest China Normal University.
Her main research areas are Teaching Material Development, Teaching Methodology and Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary English Teaching. As the chief editor, the primary English textbook English This Way was among the first eight textbooks approved by Ministry of Education of China and was selected as one of the three textbooks used on the English teaching TV program Studio English School produced by China Education Television. As the chief editor, her Standard Experiment Textbook for Senior Middle School Course was one of the 7 textbooks approved by Ministry of Education. In 2011, she led a team to amend the junior middle school textbook Project English, which was approved by Ministry of Education. Besides, she edited Junior Middle School Elementary English and its Student Practice Book. They're the certified textbooks for National Higher Education Self-Study Examination.
(Independent Undergraduate Phase). She also edited English Songs This Way, which is College English Elective Course Textbook and participated in the development of English Teaching Theory, a National Common Higher Education "Eleven Five-year Planning".
Textbook. As chief editor, the textbook Children's English-Chinese Bilingual Classroom Series won the second prize of Outstanding National Educational Audiovisual Products Award. The textbook, Enlightening English, won the second prize of Excellent Research Award presented by Chongqing Foreign Language Association. The video tape won the third prize of the 1st Chongqing Outstanding Audiovisual Education Research Award. In the past few years, Yang Xiaoyu has been responsible for Elementary Education Section of Ministry of Education research programs, such as research on Senior Middle School English Curriculum and Textbook Development and experimental research on English This Way, the textbook for Compulsory Education English Curriculum Standard. She also completed the research program on Teacher Training Model of Chongqing - Hong Kong Cooperation for Middle School English Teachers in Impoverished Areas of Chongqing, which is the key research program for the Eleven Five-year Planning of Chongqing.

Yang Xiaoyu has been actively providing training to English teachers in kindergartens, primary and middle schools. As the member of the 1st batch of experts under National Teacher Training Program, she devoted to elementary English education all through China. She was invited to be training expert in more than 10 universities for National Teacher Training Program, including Beijing Foreign Studies University, Henan University, Sichuan Normal University, Yunnan Normal University, Guizhou Normal.

Moreover, she has been invited to give lectures and trainings to backbone teachers in Fujian, Jiangsu, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangdong, Shandong,Sichuan, Hunan, Henan, Tibet, Gansu, Chongqing and is welcomed by trainees. She has participated in a number of seminars on "Primary and Secondary English Teaching and Curriculum Reformation" and given evaluation to teaching presentations. She has been paper evaluation research committee member on the seminars and provided professional evaluations to excellent teaching cases on China Education Television program - Friend of Middle School Teachers.
