1,從個人簡歷的整體“外貌”
用人單位的在篩選個人簡歷的時候,首先就是看其整體形象,而整體形象也是第一印象。太過長的.個人簡歷基本上沒有什么優(yōu)勢,大多招聘官都不喜歡太長的簡歷的。其次,個人簡歷在設(shè)計上不能給視覺造成太大的沖擊,簡單來說就是整體和諧。最后,所投遞出去的個人簡歷要清晰、干凈。
2,個人簡歷的內(nèi)容中有過硬的指標(biāo)
用人單位在看過個人簡歷的整體形象后,就會針對其中的過硬指標(biāo)來篩選,通常用人單位招聘的時候會對求職者的條件有所要求,比如說學(xué)歷、專業(yè)、技能、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、家庭住址、年齡等等。這些硬性的指標(biāo)如果不能滿足,會很難通過第一輪篩選。
3,簡歷中有沒有明確求職目標(biāo)
用人單位通過什么衡量硬性指標(biāo)呢?要知道不同的職業(yè)、 崗位所需要的能力不同,同一用人單位對的部門主管崗位的要求,以及對部門經(jīng)理崗位的要求差別很大。求職者在編寫個人簡歷的時候必須要明確求職目標(biāo),不能等著用人單位來給你決策。
4,個人簡歷的描述表達(dá)
描述表達(dá)是用人單位篩選個人簡歷的一個重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),比如說個人簡歷的可讀性、個人簡歷的真實(shí)性、求職者的優(yōu)勢特長等等,這些都是通過其表達(dá)能力來描述出來的。表達(dá)不好則對方很難接收到信息,那么自然難以通過篩選。
