此項用人單位所需要的能力屬于求職者的軟技能,相對于硬技能來說軟實力更簡答,比那些個人簡歷的時候可以通過一些帶有團(tuán)隊工作經(jīng)歷事件來突出自己的團(tuán)隊精神。
