在當(dāng)今社會(huì)環(huán)境下, 經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要的人才在語(yǔ)言方面是以英語(yǔ)能力為基礎(chǔ),尤其是一些大的企業(yè)更是要求人才具有一定的英語(yǔ)水平。一般都是要求六級(jí)以上,如果求職者英語(yǔ)過(guò)了六級(jí),一定要寫(xiě)在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上。
第二、專業(yè)背景
一些企業(yè)所招聘的人才很多都沒(méi)有規(guī)定是哪方面的專業(yè),例如企業(yè)文員、助理等職位,就沒(méi)有專業(yè)上的要求。但是雇主在招聘的時(shí)候也會(huì)注意求職者的專業(yè)背景,一般來(lái)說(shuō)專業(yè)對(duì)口的優(yōu)勢(shì)更大一些。求職者在寫(xiě)個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候,最好也要注意一些專業(yè)背景方面的信息。
第三、學(xué)校的名氣
大部分的企業(yè)都是比較重視人才的學(xué)歷,不過(guò)也有很多重視就讀學(xué)習(xí)的名氣,尤其是一些外企公司。在相同學(xué)歷背景下,重點(diǎn)大學(xué)、名牌大學(xué)的人才則更受關(guān)注。
第四、在學(xué)校中的個(gè)人表現(xiàn)
在學(xué)習(xí)中的表現(xiàn)主要包括有在學(xué)校期間所取得的成就,還有就是人才在學(xué)校中的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī),以及獲得的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)部分。這也是招聘者會(huì)關(guān)注的部分,在個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷上同樣需要體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
