  今天參加公選面試,總體上來說不是很好,沒有發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的水平,特別是雖然經(jīng)過了兩天的緊張準(zhǔn)備,押了一些題,但是結(jié)果一題也沒押到,結(jié)果回答不是很好。

  面試題目:

  第一題,轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式,對(duì)我市來說是機(jī)遇,站在中原經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)建設(shè),我市應(yīng)該趕超發(fā)展。怎樣認(rèn)識(shí)這句話。

  第二題,如果你是一個(gè)單位的副局長,在一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的論證會(huì)上,主管這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的副職力十分肯定這個(gè)項(xiàng)目,其他副職未至可否,局長要求你表態(tài)。根據(jù)你的專業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí),這個(gè)項(xiàng)目前景不好。你怎么表態(tài)。

  第三題,市里打算確定一個(gè)縣實(shí)行一項(xiàng)民生工程的試點(diǎn),各縣都積極爭取在本地進(jìn)行試點(diǎn),都拿出了有利于自己的分析。如果你是市負(fù)責(zé)單位的副職,怎么決定試點(diǎn)工作。

  不記得當(dāng)時(shí)是怎么回答了,因?yàn)槭紫葘忣}時(shí)拿的.思路就不太好。語言也不夠流暢。歸因于考前自己背答案太多,自己的思維被已經(jīng)占據(jù)腦海的思路禁錮住了,短短的審題時(shí)間內(nèi),慣性地往自己已經(jīng)背會(huì)但不太對(duì)題的思路上靠,很難靈活思考。

  下次面試,絕不再押題,背題。

  并且,平時(shí)的積累很重要,實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),理論,以及對(duì)工作大局的關(guān)注。

  臨時(shí)抱佛腳不會(huì)起太大作用。

  不快,走出面試點(diǎn),很熱,穿著不合腳的高跟鞋,很遠(yuǎn),一直走到家里,每個(gè)腳上磨出一個(gè)大泡,自虐一下,感覺好多了。忍不住給同事、朋友狂打電話,傾訴,才感覺好得多。一位筆試成績很好的同事說,自己5分鐘就答完了三道題。畢竟,進(jìn)入面試,已經(jīng)收獲了經(jīng)驗(yàn)和對(duì)自己的定位。并且,在學(xué)習(xí)的這些天里,對(duì)自己應(yīng)該怎樣工作和學(xué)習(xí),有了全新的認(rèn)識(shí)。

  If you’re sending out résumés and not getting many calls to interview, there’s a good chance that your résumé is the problem. If you’re like most people, your résumé could use some work – and like most people, you’re probably not sure where to start.
