個人技能

在面試時，個人技能主要指除了專業(yè)之外的、能對你的專業(yè)發(fā)展有幫助的一些技能。也許你有很多技能，也不必一一列出，最好只說那些與應(yīng)聘崗位相關(guān)的資格認證或者技能。最突出的就是外語能力，比如英語水平和日語水平怎樣，以及電腦知識，這些都可以被看作是應(yīng)聘者的技能。

Dialogue 1

I: Our advertisement says English competence is a key requirement of this position. Then how do you think of your proficiency in written and spoken English?

A: I have learned English for 10 years, and I have passed College English Test Band 4 and 6.My spoken English is fairly good enough to express myself fluently.

I: What other foreign language do you speak?

A: I did self-study of Japanese in college, and I can carry on some simple conversations in Japanese.

I: 我們的招聘廣告要求這個職位的應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)當具有相當好的英語水平，那么，你認為你的書面英語和口語能力如何呢？

A: 我已經(jīng)學英語10年了，而且我通過了大學英語四級和六級。我能用英語口語把自己的想法流利地表達出來。

I: 你還能說其他別的外語嗎？

A: 我在大學時自學過日語，我能用日語進行一些簡單的對話。

A: I have two years driving experience.

I: That#39;s good. What special skills do you have, can you tell me?

A: I have experience in computer operation，proficiency in Microsoft Windows，Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

I: What computer languages have you learned?

A: Visual C++, C and Delphi.

I: Have you gotten any special training in programming?

A: No, but I have database programming experience and *** knowledge.

在敘述個人技能時,如果是熟悉的話，還應(yīng)該恰到好處地回答你用C++做過什么，這是他們最感興趣的。在回答做過哪些項目時，要講清楚當時是擔任什么職務(wù)、承擔哪部分工作，用過哪些硬件、軟件等。
