　　大家好，我叫張德清，來自江西宜春，現(xiàn)在是上海交通大學(xué)的一名碩士。我學(xué)的專業(yè)是機(jī)械制造及其自動(dòng)化，研究的課題方向是數(shù)控加工，并且?guī)屠蠋熥鲆恍┡c企業(yè)合作的關(guān)于測(cè)量控制方面的項(xiàng)目。課余期間我會(huì)做一些兼職，包括助管、助教等，業(yè)余愛好喜歡打籃球、羽毛球、游泳。通過碩士期間這兩年的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐以及與和師兄老師之間的協(xié)作，讓我在解決問題的能力和抗壓能力，以及計(jì)劃協(xié)調(diào)能力，溝通交流方面得到了很大的提高。同時(shí)讓我對(duì)待生活更加的積極樂觀，更加的充滿熱情。

　　OK. Now I will introduce myself briefly. My name is Zhang Deqing and I am from YiChun JiangXi. Now I am a master of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, my major is mechanical manufacturing and automation. My research field is numerical control machining, at the same time I also do some projects of observation control with other companies. In my leisure time, I will do some part-time jobs, such as office assistant and teaching assistant. My hobbies are sports, such as basketball、badminton、swimming and so on. In this two years, with the experience of projects, social activities the cooperation with my teachers and students. The abilities of solve problems、work well under great pressure、make good plan and coordination、communication，all these skills have been improved greatly. And make me more positive and passionate to my life. That’s all, thank you.

　　職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃

　　我三到五年的的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，我要找到一份自己專業(yè)相關(guān)，屬于機(jī)械行業(yè)的工作，因?yàn)槲覍?duì)這個(gè)專業(yè)和這個(gè)行業(yè)還是比較感興趣。其次不管是具體到哪個(gè)領(lǐng)域是技術(shù)崗還是非技術(shù)崗，我都會(huì)靜下心來認(rèn)真的工作三到五年，在這期間能夠深入的了解這個(gè)行業(yè)，熟悉整個(gè)運(yùn)作流程，在自己的崗位上不斷的向前人學(xué)習(xí)，不斷提高自己各方面的能力，豐富自己的社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專業(yè)能力。讓自己在三到五年以后不管是在這個(gè)崗位還是這個(gè)行業(yè)，都能成為一個(gè)非常有經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力的專業(yè)人才。那時(shí)我可以去承擔(dān)更多的任務(wù)，盡到更大的責(zé)任，有足夠的能力到更大的舞臺(tái)或者是更高的崗位去任職。

　　My career planning of 3~5 years is to find a job related to my major, Belong to the mechanical industry, as I am very interested in this industry. Whatever the job is technical post or non-technical post, no matter what field it is. I will work 3 to 5 years in the position, in these years, I will make deeper insight into this field, know about the operational process, and learn from the colleagues, to improve my comprehensive abilities. Most important is to give myself enough time to eich my social experience and professional skills. So that after 3 to 5 years, I can be a professional person in this field, even this industry. Then I can take more responsibility, and have enough capability to work in a higher position and bigger stage.

　　為什么選擇車企？

　　首先是這個(gè)行業(yè)與我的專業(yè)相符合，那么我覺得到這個(gè)行業(yè)我可以很快的更好的適應(yīng)工作，同時(shí)利用我所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)為公司作出貢獻(xiàn)。

　　其次作為男生都喜歡車子，都期待有一天能夠開上豪車。那么我想如果我能到汽車制造企業(yè)上班，可以自己親身參與汽車的生產(chǎn)，會(huì)讓我非常的感興趣，非常有激情。

　　最后我覺得汽車現(xiàn)在基本成了家庭的一個(gè)必需品，所以我對(duì)它的未來很看好，特別是現(xiàn)在的新能源汽車領(lǐng)域，以后會(huì)有很大的發(fā)展前景，所以我覺得到車企來工作，對(duì)我自己未來的發(fā)展也是非常有利的。

　　所以我選擇到你們車企來面試，我也希望自己未來能夠有幸成為你們的一員。

　　Firstly. This field is related to my major, so I can adjust to the job quickly, and I can make contribution to company with my professional knowledge.

　　Secondly. As a boy, I think we all love cars, all look forward to a very nice car. So if I can work in the vehicle manufacturing industry, it will be very excited and passionate.

　　At last. I think the car have been family necessity. So I am very positive to the future, especially the field of new energy vehicles. So I think is also very benefit to my future.

　　So I choose to apply for the automakers. I hope I can be one of the big family in the future.
