　　I graduated from xx university of science and technology，basic Courses：Mechanical-Electrical System Design，Numerical controlling machine tool and programme，Advanced Manufacturing Technology ，Mechanical Manufacturing Equipments Design.

　　I am conscientious，strong executiveability and team spirit,familiar with Stamping&Plating&Molding processing

　　Proficient in connector designing&pre-launch&mass production,have project management & Customer complain solving expriment.Proficient in Proe&Auto CAD.

　　2005-7 - 2010-3 as Product designer xx ,responsible for product design,pre-launch and mass production matters of cell phone connector such as BTB,sim card ,camera socket ,metal dome sheet connector and etc..

　　Design product under customer's requirement.Successful cases are 0.4p-0.8H BTB conn.& 0.5 H& 0.7H scalable sim block.Pre-lauch matters handle.Successful cases like handling warpage and wicking of 0.4p-0.8H BTB and compression BTB ,and improve the SMT yeild of compression BTB from 50% to 97%.Mass production matters handle.Ensure product like 0.5P-1.5H 16pins BTB,0.4-1.5H 20 & 24 pinsBTB,compressin type 16pins BTB,camera socket ,metal dome sheet manufacture smoothly.Handle customer complain.For example,change product structure to improve pin crack of 20pins BTB .Reduce DPPM of camera socket from 3000ppm to 50ppm due to improving structure of product.
