　　HAZOP and technique to analyze safety issues in design and operation process

　　Six Sigma and process to develop new project and upgrade quality to meet and exceed customer needs

　　Good communication and cooperation, and achieve uniform actions with team without power of authority and organization level

　　2009/12--Present,redesign and localization of yaw gear for V60.Participant, responsible for DVVP of torque limiter in yaw gear V60

　　2009/10--2009/12: quality upgrade of main bearing from supplier.responsible for analysis and calculation of the root cause and corrective actions for the improvement together with supplier

　　2008/3--2009/4 As mechanical engineer and bearing specialist, responsible for design verification and validation of yaw system, blade bearings, main bearings and service crane
