　　good morning，my name is jack，it is really a great honor to have this opportunity for a interview，i would like to answer whatever you may raise，and i hope i can make a good performance today，eventually enroll in this prestigious university in september.

　　now i will introduce myself briefly，i am 21 years old，born in heilongjiang province，northeast of china，and i am curruently a senior student at beijing XX uni.my major is packaging engineering.

　　And i will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in june.in the past 4 years，i spend most of my time on study，i have passed CET4/6 with a ease. and i have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice. besides，i have attend several packaging exhibition hold in Beijing，this is our advantage study here，i have taken a tour to some big factory and company. through these i have a deeply understanding of domestic packaging industry. compared to developed countries such as us，unfortunately，although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978，our packaging industry are still underdeveloped，mess，unstable，the situation of employees in this field are awkard. but i have full confidence in a bright future if only our economy can keep the growth pace still.

　　i guess you maybe interested in the reason itch to law，and what is my plan during graduate study life，i would like to tell you that pursue law is one of my lifelong goal，i like my major packaging and i wont give up，if i can pursue my master degree here i will combine law with my former education. i will work hard in thesefields，patent，trademark，copyright，on the base of my years study in department of p&p，my character? i cannot describe it well，but i know i am optimistic and confident. sometimes i prefer to stay alone，reading，listening to music，but i am not lonely，i like to chat with my classmates，almost talk everything，my favorite pastime is valleyball，playing cards or surf online. through college life，i learn how to balance between study and entertainment. by the way，i was a actor of our amazing drama club. i had a few glorious memory on stage. that is my pride.

　　1. 清晰的表述

　　首先要自信并且淡定，面試面試，為什么要見面，就是面試官要看見你的整體，不單單是聽你的表述，還要感受你的狀態(tài)以及精神面貌。所以面試說話的時候談吐自然，自信，不慌張是基本。我遇見很多朋友，他們說中文的時候語速很正常，但是在說英語的時候不知道為什么語速特別快，可能是因為緊張，也可能是因為不自信，當(dāng)然還有一種可能是英語太流利。但是要知道語速快并不代表英語好，你說話最基本的是要保證對方能夠聽清楚，并且聽得懂。所以第一重要是表述要清晰，不要慌張，有話好好說。

　　2.克服緊張

　　如果你一說英語就緊張，那么你就要多練習(xí)，找機會和和比你英語好的人練習(xí)，記住一定要找比你英語好的人練習(xí)，只有當(dāng)對方英語比你好，你才會暴露你的緊張，從而學(xué)習(xí)克服緊張，也只有對方英語比你好才會發(fā)現(xiàn)你的錯誤。然后我悄悄地告訴你，HR的英語或許還沒有你好，他們并不是X東方的口語老師也不是雅思考官，所以你放心，只要你稍微花點心思，HR英語面試這關(guān)是可以戰(zhàn)略性搞定的'。不過你只可以在心理上輕視，不可以在準(zhǔn)備過程中輕視。

　　3.自我介紹網(wǎng)上那些經(jīng)典范文，千萬別背了，你能搜到，hr就能搜到，其他候選人也能搜到，但是可以借鑒。那么怎么提前準(zhǔn)備一段好的自我介紹呢，這個自我介紹不是演講，不是脫口秀，更加不是才藝大比拼，它是面試，面試的本質(zhì)是傳遞信息并且獲得有效的交流。所以你的自我介紹不要有廢話，要在你這一分鐘或者兩分鐘內(nèi)給到面試官足夠的信息點。圍繞你的簡歷，讓對方在最短的時間里了解你的教育背景，實習(xí)經(jīng)歷，工作經(jīng)驗，興趣愛好，職業(yè)規(guī)劃，性格特征，以及你的優(yōu)勢等等，確保每句話都有信息點而不是曬英語。

　　4.準(zhǔn)確表述如果上面基本的幾點你都能夠做到，那么接下來如何讓對方覺得你的英語還不錯呢？注意英語表述中的細(xì)節(jié)詞匯。我舉個例子，everyone和every single one，single在這里強調(diào)每一個，這個詞你認(rèn)識吧，但是大多數(shù)人只會用every， each，而不會用every single。而這個就是英語表述中的細(xì)節(jié)，這個詞并沒有多么高大上吧。我再舉個例子，我思想開放，我們通暢會說 My mind is open,但是如果用I'm open minded 感覺是不是更佳好。總而言之，華麗的辭藻固然高大上，但是簡單而又準(zhǔn)確的用詞更容易讓人理解，也更顯的平易近人，同時也能讓HR聽得懂并獲得信息，和你形成交流。

　　5. 英語發(fā)音

　　和中國人面試發(fā)音好聽甚至可以彌補詞匯量的匱乏，如果你發(fā)音很準(zhǔn)確，瞬間給人留下深刻印象，至少對我來說是這樣。但是發(fā)音好不好聽，這個還因人而異，所以每個人的喜好不一樣這個很難把握，就拿我個人來說，我喜歡英式英語，我有個朋友也喜歡英式英語，于是苦練英腔，其實并不建議，刻意的腔調(diào)很容易讓人聽出來，不過也可能能糊弄過去一些不太懂英語的人，這個因人而異。我更佳喜歡有自己說話腔調(diào)然后捎帶英式的口音，當(dāng)然這一條對于很多想要快速搞定英語面試的人可能并不適合。但至少保證你的英語不要說出你的家鄉(xiāng)味就好。

　　DO NOT be fooled by those language schools whose only objective is luring you to follow their accounts and eventually buy their courses.

　　Just simply think about it: in what kind of interview youd be asked to "introduce yourself in English", and what information would the interviewer expect to learn from your reaction? - Obviously, this is just a BASIC test of English speaking. The point is how well do you speak, but never is what do you say. Remember, this "question"(request, actually) is usually used ONLY for entry-level positions which dont need a lot of English in work. They wont expect you to be really good at English, so dont be too nervous about contents or grammar mistakes. Just speak. You probably dont know that youd beat a certain number of candidates on this test even if you dare to say just several words.

　　So if youre asked to introduce yourself in English in an interview, the best reaction in my opinion is to speak in English as good as you can - just say something about yourself, like your family, education, hobbies... whatever you prepared, be relaxed and be confident.

　　Finally, as I said in older posts, you dont need a 100% perfect "walkthough" or "Q&A template" to hide your real skill-level and help you getting the job. No need of disguises. In most cases this kind of masquerade can be easily detected, or maybe you would occationally pass but trust me: finding a job that FITS you is far better than finding a job that youre not competent in.Good luck!
