1、"Whatcan you tell me about yourself?" ("關(guān)于你自己，你能告訴我些什么?")
This is not an invitationto give your life history. The interviewer is looking for clues about yourcharacter, qualifications, ambitions, and motivations。

The following is a goodexample of a positive response. "In high school I was involved incompetitive sports and I always tried to improve in each sport I participatedin. As a college student, I worked in a clothing store part-time and found thatI could sell things easily. The sale was important, but for me, it was evenmore important to make sure that the customer was satisfied. It was not longbefore customers came back to the store and specifically asked for me to helpthem. I'm very competitive and it means a lot to me to be the best."

Know what you canrealistically accomplish. You can find out by talking to others MBA about whatthey accomplished in their first five years with a particular company aftergraduation。
"I hope to do my bestI can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to areamanager, I am planning on that also."
你要清楚你實(shí)際上能勝任什么。你可以事先和其他的MBA交流一番。問(wèn)問(wèn)他們?cè)诋厴I(yè)后在公司的頭5年都做了些什么。

3. "What is yourgreatest strength"?" ("你最突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么?")

This is a real opportunityto toot your own horn. Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employerknow that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths。
"I feel that mystrongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel areal sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'dplanned. I've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduatewith highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year,I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis."
這是你"展示自己"的最佳機(jī)會(huì)，不要吹噓自己或過(guò)于自負(fù)，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

You cannot avoid thisquestion by saying that you do not have any, everyone has weaknesses。
The best approach is toadmit your weakness but show that you are working on it and have a plan toovercome it. If possible, cite a weakness that will work to the company'sadvantage. "I' m such a perfectionist that I won't stop until a job iswell done。
你不應(yīng)該說(shuō)你沒(méi)有任何弱點(diǎn)，以此來(lái)回避這個(gè)問(wèn)題;每個(gè)人都有弱點(diǎn)。最佳策略是承認(rèn)你的弱點(diǎn)，但同時(shí)表明你在予以改進(jìn)，并有克服弱點(diǎn)的計(jì)劃。
可能的話，你可說(shuō)出一項(xiàng)可能會(huì)給公司帶來(lái)好處的弱點(diǎn)，如可說(shuō)："我是一個(gè)完美主義者。工作做得不漂亮，我是不會(huì)撒手的。"
5. "How do you feelabout your progress to date?" ("對(duì)于你至今所取得的進(jìn)步你是怎樣看的?")
Never apologize for whatyou have done。
"I think I did wellin school. In fact, in a number of courses I received the highest exam scoresin the class." "As an intern for the X Company, I received some ofthe highest evaluations that had been given in years。
絕不要對(duì)你以前的所作所為表示內(nèi)疚。

在面試快結(jié)束的時(shí)候，一般考官都會(huì)問(wèn)，你有沒(méi)有什么要問(wèn)的。除非你是最后一個(gè)面試者，你明顯感到所有的考官都急切的想離開，一般不適合說(shuō)“I don’t have any question。”可以問(wèn)考官一兩個(gè)你關(guān)心的問(wèn)題(Questionsyou should ask the recruiter)：
