　　常見套路：Small Talk

　　所有的面試，都會(huì)以一些簡(jiǎn)單的Small Talk開始。

　　Small talk is used to build a more comfortable environment before the interview begins. It may seems silly, but you can practice the small talk on your own by asking yourself simple, easy-to-answer, non-personal questions. You could aslo practice with a friend.

　　Small talk的目的`在于快速地建立一種輕松愉悅的面試環(huán)境，幫助面試更好進(jìn)行。這類的問(wèn)題，其實(shí)也是可以準(zhǔn)備的。我們平時(shí)可以和自己或者朋友來(lái)一起練習(xí)，問(wèn)一些簡(jiǎn)單，容易回答且不侵犯?jìng)€(gè)人隱私的問(wèn)題。

　　舉個(gè)栗子：

　　- How are you doing?

　　- I'm great, thank you. And you?

　　- How was your weekend?

　　- It was great, we celebrated my mom's birthday. How was your weekend?

　　- How are you doing?

　　- I'm doing really well. It's such a nice day out there.

　　- It is. It was perfect weather all weekend.

　　- It was.

　　- Did you do anything interesting over the weekend?

　　- Yes, I went to the park with my family for a picnic.

　　- That sounds nice.

　　- It was. And you?

　　- I worked this weekend, but I got a lot done, so that was good.

　　- It does feel good to get work done.

　　回答Small Talk時(shí)候的小技巧：

　　- Be polite and friendly

　　一定要注意禮貌，友善

　　- Keep your answers short

　　回答盡量簡(jiǎn)潔

　　- Feel free to turn the questions back to the interviewer

　　可以跟面試官來(lái)些簡(jiǎn)單的互動(dòng)

　　常見套路：自我介紹

　　Why don't you tell me a little bit about yourself?

　　這是一個(gè)非常普遍的問(wèn)題，幾乎所有的面試都會(huì)問(wèn)。聽起來(lái)好像很恐怖，無(wú)從下手，但其實(shí)面試官就是想以此來(lái)更多了解你，看你合不合適這個(gè)工作。所以在回答這樣的問(wèn)題時(shí)，我們可以重點(diǎn)介紹自己的：教育背景，工作經(jīng)歷，專業(yè)領(lǐng)域，興趣愛(ài)好，特長(zhǎng)等。

　　比如我們可以這樣開始：

　　I studied at Harvard University and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Business.

　　I've been working at Smith, Inc. for 10 years as a manager. (Inc. 讀成 incorperated)

　　I have 12 years of experience in graphic design.

　　Because of my time at Verizon, I have a lot of experience in providing custom service.

　　自我介紹如何準(zhǔn)備：

　　1. 提前寫出自己的答案，但不要太長(zhǎng)，一分鐘左右足夠了;

　　2. 利用錄音或者錄視頻的方式來(lái)幫助練習(xí)，反復(fù)播放視頻或音頻，查缺補(bǔ)漏;

　　3. 在練習(xí)過(guò)程中，好的句子一定要熟練掌握。碰到不熟悉的或者總忘記的，嘗試用自己熟悉的表達(dá)來(lái)代替;

　　4. 練習(xí)的時(shí)候，大聲說(shuō)出來(lái)。請(qǐng)不要只是拿張紙寫出來(lái)，或者在心里默默地念;
