　　1.職業(yè)熱情

　　問一下自己：“為什么有興趣從事管理工作?你覺得你對管理工作充滿激情嗎?如果是的話，為什么?”最好給出一些具體的例子。這些例子可以是你帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)向頂量銷售業(yè)績挑戰(zhàn)，也可以是你在某一產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目組中從產(chǎn)品研發(fā)到最后上市中的任何一件事情。

　　2.動機(jī)和目的

　　面試官想要知道你為什么要讀MBA，試問你自己：“為什么要報考MBA?為什么要報考這所院校的MBA?”不要簡單重復(fù)你簡歷上的內(nèi)容，MBA能給你帶來什么這是你思考的關(guān)鍵，你的性格特點(diǎn)是否適合你所報考的院校，你對你所報考的院校有多少了解。

　　3.技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　想一想你的關(guān)鍵技能，并考慮如何將它們用在平時的工作中。避免陳詞濫調(diào)和泛泛而談;相反，要提供詳盡的證據(jù)。想像你的弱點(diǎn)，并考慮如何把它們減少到最低的程度，使它們和你的力量均衡。盡可能地客觀描述你自己，避免盲目自大或過分謙虛。

　　談?wù)勀愕墓芾矸绞胶湍氵\(yùn)用于同事和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)間的交際技巧。重點(diǎn)在于你怎樣工作，而不是你能做好什么樣的工作。你將會是一個什么樣的.管理者、什么樣的同事、什么樣的員工?給你自認(rèn)為有影響力的個人或是著名領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的例子。為什么這些人能夠獲得這么大的成功。
