  Good morning !

    I was graduated from Qingdao university. my major is electronic.and I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003. During university, I spent most of my time on study so that I have passed CET4/6 . and acquired basic knowledge of my major.(Education background)

    In July 2003, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as an automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.     “如何作自我介招？”這個問題看上去似乎很簡單，人人都會。其實并不然，有很多人說的并不是很理想的。主要的現(xiàn)象有幾下幾點：

    1、 不知從何說起。有很多同學(xué)當(dāng)聽到老師問：“Can you make a self-introduction?”時，首先遲疑幾秒，然后怔怔的看著：“老師說什么呀？”這一類算是“無準(zhǔn)備型”。自我介紹是你與人打交道，參加各類口語考試，職場面試不可或缺的一部分，同時也是非常重要的一部分。在面試時，我們經(jīng)常會被要求自我介紹，所謂自我介紹，就是把自已介紹給出別人，以使別人認(rèn)識自已，所以恰到好處的自我介紹，可以大大提高面試的好感。

    3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的開場除了可以營造出活潑和睦的氣氛外，還能給對方留下深刻的第一印象，即使對象是以建立了朋友關(guān)系或同事關(guān)系的外國人，在酒會或聚餐等各式場合，同樣可以用詼諧的方式來表現(xiàn)自我，使你和他們之間的關(guān)系達(dá)到更圓滿的程度。
