　　【安全員主要職責(zé)】

　　一、明確本部門安全防范職責(zé)，在思想上高度重視安全責(zé)任，認(rèn)真落實(shí)公司各項(xiàng)安全規(guī)章管理制度，確保本部門順利實(shí)行安全生產(chǎn)工作。

　　二、加強(qiáng)日常安全管理，建立、完善公司突發(fā)性事故制度，參與編制事故應(yīng)急救援和演練工作，特別在重大節(jié)日、重大假期進(jìn)行中。

　　三、檢查，消除安全隱患，做到責(zé)任、組織、制度、防范措施四落實(shí)。

　　四、加強(qiáng)對(duì)部門人員工有關(guān)安全教育，全面履行安全職責(zé)，確保員工無違法犯罪。

　　五、積極開展創(chuàng)建“文明施工”活動(dòng)的宣傳，使人人知曉創(chuàng)建活動(dòng)和積極參加。

　　六、加強(qiáng)有毒有害危險(xiǎn)品管理，實(shí)驗(yàn)室要對(duì)化學(xué)物品嚴(yán)格管理，做到“五雙”嚴(yán)格手續(xù)，定期檢查，賬物相符。

　　【安全員責(zé)任】

　　一、 服從部長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全管理制度及法律、法規(guī)及各崗位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡查流程管理，負(fù)責(zé)井下各施工班組在日常生產(chǎn)中的安全措施整改和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理落實(shí)情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題要及時(shí)進(jìn)行與帶班區(qū)長(zhǎng)交底和向安環(huán)部長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)工作 。

　　二、 安全員要認(rèn)真仔細(xì)地做好井下各水平生產(chǎn)過程中的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡查。對(duì)天井、采場(chǎng)、沿脈等做到安全隱患巡查到位，責(zé)令落實(shí)到位，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督整改到位。

　　三、 日常監(jiān)理巡查中，要對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全防護(hù)、道路運(yùn)輸、風(fēng)水管道、支護(hù)掛網(wǎng)、機(jī)械設(shè)備、電器線路、通風(fēng)防塵、敲幫問頂、防火防爆等，是否符合安全管理規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如發(fā)現(xiàn)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)存有不安全隱患，應(yīng)及時(shí)提出改進(jìn)措施，并對(duì)改進(jìn)后的設(shè)施進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收。對(duì)不改進(jìn)的直接予以按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處罰或報(bào)請(qǐng)安全負(fù)責(zé)人處理。

　　四、 正確填報(bào)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全檢查情況的交接班記錄，及時(shí)運(yùn)作好安全信息卡的實(shí)施反饋。定期寫出安全生產(chǎn)情況的分析報(bào)告。

　　五、 正確處理一般性安全應(yīng)急措施和安全事故。并按照規(guī)定進(jìn)行工傷事故的'登記和組織緊急救援工作。

　　六、 隨時(shí)對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行安全監(jiān)督、檢查、指導(dǎo)。杜絕“三違”人和事，確保安全為天。

　　七、 積極配合當(dāng)班中安全檢查小組的全面安全檢查工作，并將本人現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)現(xiàn)的安全問題一一敘述清楚，匯總限期落實(shí)整改并對(duì)整改部門質(zhì)量完成的優(yōu)劣，負(fù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理責(zé)任。

　　八、 對(duì)所履行的職責(zé)因現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督不力、巡查不到位、措施整改落實(shí)不力、制度執(zhí)行不力、應(yīng)急處理不力及違章違紀(jì)等造成的安全、設(shè)備事故、影響生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)損失負(fù)主要責(zé)任，承擔(dān)追究。
