　　Good morning, everyone. Thank you for taking your time. It’s really my honor to have this opportunity to take part in this interview. Now, I would like to introduce myself briefly.

　　大家早上好！感謝您在百忙之中抽出時(shí)間。非常榮幸有機(jī)會(huì)參加本次面試。下面我簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下我自己。

　　My name is Doris. I am 23 years old and born in Qingdao. I graduated from Hebei University of Science and Technology. My major is English. And I got my bachelor degree after my graduation. I also studied Audit in Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology. I am very interested in English and study very hard on this subject. I had passed TEM-8 and BEC Vantage. I worked in an American company at the beginning of this year. My spoken English was improved a lot  communicating with Americans frequently during that period.

　　我的名字是多麗絲。今年23歲, 出生在青島。我畢業(yè)于河北科技大學(xué)。我的本科專業(yè)是英語并且得到了學(xué)士學(xué)位。我還在河北師范大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)審計(jì)。我對(duì)英語很有興趣并且很努力地學(xué)習(xí)。我已經(jīng)通過了TEM-8, BEC的考試。我曾在一家美國(guó)公司工作。在那段時(shí)期，我經(jīng)常與美國(guó)人進(jìn)行交流，因此我的口語進(jìn)步了很多。

　　I am very optimistic and easy to get along with. I have many friends. Teamwork spirit is very important in this age. I think if we want to make big achievement, it’s very important to learn how to cooperate with other people. My motto is "characters determine destity", so I alwarys remind myself to be honest and modest to everyone .

　　我很樂觀, 很容易相處。我有很多朋友。團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神在這個(gè)時(shí)代是非常重要的。我認(rèn)為, 如果我們想做出重大的成就, 學(xué)習(xí)如何配合其他的人是非常重要的。我的座右銘是“人格造就命運(yùn)”, 所以我決定時(shí)刻提醒自己，要誠(chéng)實(shí)和謙遜地對(duì)待每一個(gè)人。

　　As a motto goes "attitude is everything". If I get this job, I will put all my heart in it and try my best to do it well.

　　正如一句格言所說:“態(tài)度決定一切”。如果我得到這份工作的話, 我將用我全部的心, 而且盡力去把它做好。

　　緊接著帶上各種具體的內(nèi)容：

　　1、I can adapt to any situation. I thrive in a fluctuating environment and I transform unexpected obstacles into stepping stones for achievements.

　　2. consistently innovates to create value. I find opportunities where other people see none: I turn ideas into projects, and projects into serial success.

　　不斷創(chuàng)造出新的價(jià)值。我在別人忽視的地方找到機(jī)會(huì)：我能把點(diǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)變成項(xiàng)目，再把項(xiàng)目轉(zhuǎn)變成一系列的成功。

　　3. leads people. I can unite people around a vision and motivate a team to excellence. I expect no more from the others than what I expect from myself.

　　4. always has an eye on my target. I endeavour to deliver high-quality work on time, every time. Hiring me is the only real guarantee for results.

　　5. knows this job inside and out. With many years of relevant experience, there is no question whether I will be efficient on the job. I can bring the best practices to the company.

　　6. has a high level of motivation to work here. I have studied the entire company history and observed its business strategies. Since I am also a long-time customer, I took the opportunity to write this report with some suggestions for how to improve your services.

　　在這里工作的動(dòng)力很足。我研究公司的歷史，并了解到了它的經(jīng)營(yíng)策略。由于我也是長(zhǎng)期客戶之一，所以我可以利用這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)寫一些關(guān)于如何改進(jìn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的`建議。

　　7.has a pragmatic approach to things. I don’t waste time talking about theory or the latest buzz words of the bullshit bingo. Only one question matters to me: "Does it work or not"?

　　做實(shí)事，講策略。我不會(huì)浪費(fèi)時(shí)間空談理論或者一些扯淡的商業(yè)模式用語。我心里一個(gè)疑問：“這能行嗎？”

　　8. takes work ethics very seriously. I do what I am paid for, and I do it well.

　　非常重視職業(yè)道德。我做我分內(nèi)的工作，而且力求更好。

　　9. can make decisions rapidly if needed. Everybody can make good decisions with sufficient time and information. The reality of our domain is different. Even with time pressure and high stakes, we need to move forward by taking charge and being decisive. I can do that.

　　關(guān)鍵時(shí)候，果斷決策。在時(shí)間充裕的情況下，每個(gè)人都能做出比較好的判斷。但這只是理想的世界。每個(gè)領(lǐng)域都有它的特殊性�？v使高壓高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，我們也必須小心駛得萬年船，奮勇直前，鼓足干勁。

　　10. is considered to be fun. I believe that we are way more productive when we are working with people with which we enjoy spending time. When the situation gets tough with a customer, a touch of humour can save the day.

　　具有有趣靈魂的人。

　　一個(gè)有趣的人。我相信，當(dāng)我們和那些愿意花時(shí)間的人一起工作時(shí)，我們的效率會(huì)更高。當(dāng)客戶遇到困難時(shí)，些許幽默就可以挽救一天。

I02had a few glorious memory on stage. That is my pride.
