　　The best thin you can do for your interviewers is to make his/her job easier. If interviewers walk out after talking to you feeling like they carried the weight of the conversation, which is a strike against you. But if your exchange leaves them with a feeling of,“Hey, I enjoyed that,” that could move you that much closer to hearing that you got the job.

　　在面試時(shí)，你能為考官所做的最好的事就是使他或她的工作變得輕松，如果考官在與你交談后心中感到沉重的話，這對你很不利，但是，如果你們的交流留給他人這樣一種感覺――“嘿，我喜歡這次交流”，那么你離得到這份工作就不遠(yuǎn)了。

　　First is the trap question, which comes up in almost every interview. The trap question is some variaton on“ What is the area you need most improvement in? ”or“ What is your area of weakness?” The real answer may be that you have are lousy to attention detail or that you are incredibly shy. Whatever you do, don’t share your personal weaknesses.

　　第一種是“陷阱”問題，幾乎在所有面試中都會出現(xiàn)�！跋葳濉眴栴}是指“你在哪些方面最需要改進(jìn)”或者“你的缺點(diǎn)是什么”之類的問題。你真實(shí)的回答或許是你不拘小節(jié)，或者是你十分靦腆，但是無論你回答什么，都不要把你的個(gè)人缺點(diǎn)拿出來“分享”。

　　Instead, try to find something to say that isn’t a real weakness，but a slightly less-than-ideal characteristic. For example: “I prefer to see a project through from start to finish rather than working on a single component and never seeing the finished product. I sometimes find it a bit frustrating to work without that overall context.”“ Sometimes I have a hard time saying no to people, and I end up taking on more than my share of work.” If you really can’t think of anything to say, you can always go with this time-tesed (albeit cliched) comeback: I’m a perfectionist. I need to improve on not being so hard on myself and making sure I get everything right. ”

　　相反，你要盡力找一個(gè)算不上是真正的缺點(diǎn)，甚至稍微接近理想化的個(gè)性特征來回答。譬如說，“我喜歡把一件工作從頭干到尾，而不是只做其中的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，而見不到完成的結(jié)果。如果不能經(jīng)歷工作的整個(gè)過程，我會覺得有點(diǎn)沮喪�！被蛘撸坝袝r(shí)我很難拒絕別人的請求，結(jié)果就承擔(dān)了許多份外的工作。”如果你實(shí)在想不出什么話好回答，你可以嘗試以下這句經(jīng)久不衰（盡管有些過時(shí)）的答謝：“我是個(gè)完美主義者。我所要改進(jìn)之處是不要對自己太苛刻，并確信自己能把諸事外理妥當(dāng)。”

　　如何回答棘手問題：

　　Q：Why did you leave your last job？

　　你為什么離職呢？

　　A： Well, I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. If opportunity knocks, I will take it.

　　我希望能獲得一份更好的工作，如果機(jī)會來臨，我會抓住。

　　A：I feel I have reached the "glass ceiling" in my current job. / I feel there is no opportunity for advancement.

　　我覺得目前的工作，已經(jīng)達(dá)到頂峰，即沒有升遷機(jī)會。

　　Q：How do you rate yourself as a professional？

　　你如何評估自己是位專業(yè)人員呢？

　　A： With my strong academic background, I am capable and competent.

　　憑借我良好的學(xué)術(shù)背景，我可以勝任自己的工作，而且我認(rèn)為自己很有競爭力。

　　A：With my teaching experience, I am confident that I can relate to students very well.
