They are in the spotlight， renowned or notorious， they are the topic of ordinary people who like to know everything about them. To satisfy their curiosity， or “the people's right to know”， journalists often find it their duty to report their activities.
More over， what matters to a newspaper or a magazine is the number of readers. A large readership means the rise in the circulation of their publications， hence a huge profit. Since film stars and pop singers are newsworthy figures， and their stories draws far more attention than those of other people， it is natural that the press tries to attract them to buy their magazines by featuring private lives of famous people.
How ever， those exposed people can be severely injured by such press attention. Sensational stories about their private lives cause great unhappiness to them. To escape reporters， they can't even lead a normal life. Sometimes their lives will be in danger. For example， Princess Diana died in a car accident as she attempted to escape photographers in a chase through Paris.
Famous people are also citizens. They have the right to keep their own privacy like ordinary people——the basic right which should be respected， protected and guaranteed by our laws in whatever circumstances.

遣詞造句，表達規(guī)范。
英語作文最忌諱的莫過于大家直接漢譯英來拼湊句子。例如有學(xué)生想表達怦然心動，然后就寫了下面這句“my heart peng peng peng ”這個讓人哭笑不得的中式英語，老師看了估計還要給你扣分。
一般來講，寫作時，應(yīng)盡量選出你有把握的詞，盡量使用短句（簡單句）。如果有的單詞不會寫，有的思想不會用英語表達，你可以設(shè)法繞開，最好找一個同義詞、同義句，或近義詞、詞組短語來代替。
另外，在寫書面表達的時候，盡量選擇高級詞匯，這樣到時候改卷老師也會覺得你的表達能力好英語底子厚，就算一篇很平常的文章會多給2-3分。要正確使用關(guān)聯(lián)詞，如and，or，but，so，because，since等，以便行文自然流暢。除此之外，寫作時還要注意時態(tài)、語態(tài)的各種句式的交替作用，使文章顯得得體，表達流暢。
連句成篇，修改潤色。
寫完之后不要忘記要仔細(xì)檢查一遍，是否有語句不通順的地方，該用關(guān)聯(lián)詞的地方有沒有用。是否符合主題要求？有沒有還可以修改的地方。這個時間不要拖得太久，要盡快一眼掃過，你沒有那么多的時間去消耗。檢查完之后，沒有問題了，那就來到了最后一步：謄寫。注意一定要做到卷面整潔！
英語作文謄寫的要點如下：
1、四周應(yīng)留空。
2.標(biāo)題應(yīng)寫在第一行的中央。文章與標(biāo)題間空2-3行，除介詞、連詞、冠詞外，標(biāo)題中每一個實詞的第一個字母均應(yīng)大寫，但如果第一個單詞是介詞，連詞等，這個詞的第一個字母仍應(yīng)大寫。
3.段與段之間一般不空行，但每段第一行應(yīng)縮進4-5 個字母所占的位置。
4.書寫工整、規(guī)范，卷面整潔，詞間距要一致，盡量避免移行。
5.要刪掉一個詞時，用一條粗橫線劃掉，不要用括號括起來。
謄寫完后，還應(yīng)仔細(xì)校閱1-2遍。校閱要逐詞逐句進行，注意檢查語法、拼寫、標(biāo)點、大小寫等方面的錯誤。校閱是自檢的最后一關(guān)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真的進行，盡可能地消滅一切差錯，增強文章的效果。經(jīng)過以上工作，最后呈現(xiàn)在評卷老師面前的應(yīng)該是一份干干凈凈、整整齊齊、主題突出、語言流暢、用詞恰當(dāng)?shù)淖魑摹?/p>
