考研英語小作文建議信如何寫

　　建議信是對收信人就某一問題提出建議或忠告的信件。其寫作對象有可能是寫給某個組織或機構(gòu)，也有可能是寫給個人。

　　一、結(jié)構(gòu)分析

　　建議信寫作主體寫作主要分三部分展開，包括：開頭段(簡要告知身份，說明建議內(nèi)容)、第二段(分條展開陳述建議內(nèi)容并給出建議原因)、結(jié)尾段(提出希冀，希望對方回復(fù)或采納上述建議)。

　　二、建議信常用句式表達

　　1、我寫此信希望能夠引起你們的注意，······

　　I am writing to draw your attention to the fact that ....

　　I am writing to express my views concerning......

　　I hope that my suggestions are helpful for your decision-making anyway.

　　I believe that you will take my suggestions into serious account.

　　三、建議信寫作模板

　　Dear Sir and Madam,

　　I am writing to express my views concerning (建議的內(nèi)容). As far as I am concerned, several moves can be taken to improve (改進方面).

　　Firstly, it would be beneficial if (建議1) because (原因1). Secondly, it is highly recommended that (建議2). As is known to all, (建議的好處). Finally, we hope that (建議3).
