　　郁郁流年，陽光為伴。

　　——題記

　　如果可以，我愿意做一朵向日葵，在風(fēng)中搖著我的枝葉，用我最飽滿的熱情去追隨陽光，奔向未來。

　　初次登上云龍山時，其實是帶著一絲不屑的，總覺得是那么一座不起眼的小土坡，心中便少了幾分期待。然而在那條小路的拐角，眼前的一切剎那間改變了我的想法——

　　那是怎樣一片廣袤的向日葵田啊!太陽悠悠地從云層后透出半個腦袋，然夏末秋初的陽光毫不吝惜的將碎金拋灑，抹去了遠山的冷峻，將快樂與欣喜寫滿向日葵的花盤，一種成熟的特有的味道剎那間漫溢于四圍的空間。極目遠眺，眺不盡的是向日葵壯碩飽滿的花盤;低頭輕嗅，沁人心脾的滿滿是瓜子的馨香。

　　突然間整個人都沉浸于一種莫名的愉快中，我竟在這漫天肆意飄散的花香中不自覺地奔跑起來。風(fēng)，混合著秋天果實的香味歡快地從我臉旁掠過，雙臂擺動中，眼前的光景迅疾變換著，一株又一株形態(tài)各異的向日葵或歡笑、或垂頭，使得全身上下每一寸神經(jīng)都在這一番酣暢淋漓的奔跑中得到了放松。思想霎時放空，這并不是有目的'的奔跑，這只是一場放飛自我、追逐自由、追逐陽光的奔跑。除了奔跑，我再無法想著別的。

　　迎著陽光，我能清楚地聽到自身細胞的歡呼，在陽光下奔跑著穿過那一片向日葵花海，我笑著、跳躍著，竟像是回到了孩童時期，忘掉了一切關(guān)于這個世界的煩惱與不公，留在我心中的，只有奔跑所帶給我的一份歡愉和自由所帶給我的快意。

　　其實我們每個人都是一朵向日葵，不知疲憊地在追尋陽光的道路上奮力的奔跑著。山窮水復(fù)疑無路，柳暗花明又一村。即使面對過黑暗與陰影，但只要心中追隨著陽光，便終究能迎來在陽光下奔跑的那一刻。

　　流年匆匆一去，陽光悠悠仍在。

With computer, they can easily have access to the Internet. In addition, with the development of our society and the improvement of our living standard, people in China pursue a more colorful life with Internet, some even often do some shopping through the Internet.

　　Internet is also a sword with two edges. It brings about troubles for us. One common problem is computer viruses. They spread very quickly through the Internet and cause great damage to computer users. Another is crime committed through the Internet. As a result, we feel happy about the rapid development of internet in China but at the same time we should guard against its negative effects.
