　　一、 關(guān)于申請(qǐng)CET考試成績(jī)證明的規(guī)定

　　1.CET成績(jī)單遺失不予補(bǔ)發(fā)原件。但如需要可以申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)發(fā)CET考試成績(jī)證明。

　　2.【申 請(qǐng)】 提供 1)學(xué)籍所在院校教務(wù)處出具的`證明(說(shuō)明參加考試時(shí)間、考試級(jí)別、準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)、成績(jī)并加蓋公章);2)身份證復(fù)印件。

　　3.【受理時(shí)間】：3月15日至6月15日;9月15日至12月15日。其他時(shí)間不予辦理。

　　4.【申請(qǐng)方式】：以掛號(hào)信將條款{2}規(guī)定的申請(qǐng)材料郵寄至大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試委員會(huì)辦公室。同時(shí)附寄【特別提示】所要求的貼足郵資的回函掛號(hào)件信封。

　　二、申請(qǐng)成績(jī)核查

　　1.【申 請(qǐng)】：1)憑學(xué)籍所在院校教務(wù)處出具的證明(說(shuō)明參加考試時(shí)間、考試級(jí)別、準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)、成績(jī)并加蓋公章);2)身份證復(fù)印件。

　　2.【受理時(shí)間】：每次考試成績(jī)發(fā)布后兩個(gè)月內(nèi)(時(shí)間以郵戳為準(zhǔn)!)。

　　3.【申請(qǐng)方式】：申請(qǐng)者必須通過(guò)郵局(考委會(huì)辦公室不予當(dāng)面受理)將學(xué)籍所在院校教務(wù)處出具的證明、成績(jī)單復(fù)印件和身份證復(fù)印件以及申請(qǐng)者的姓名及詳細(xì)通訊地址掛號(hào)郵寄至大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試委員會(huì)辦公室�？嘉瘯�(huì)辦公室將核查結(jié)果掛號(hào)郵寄至申請(qǐng)者本人。
