未選之路英語(yǔ)美句欣賞
今天我們一起來(lái)讀一讀美國(guó)詩(shī)人Robert Frost 作于1915年的《THE ROAD NOT TAKEN》，cookie喜歡將之翻譯為《未選之路》。
羅伯特·弗羅斯特（1874-1963）的詩(shī)歌備受喜愛(ài)，原因之一是他卻堅(jiān)持使用日常語(yǔ)言，描寫(xiě)自己觀察入微的日常事件。弗羅斯特的許多詩(shī)歌反映了他與大自然的貼近，他通過(guò)自然來(lái)表達(dá)一種象征意義，而不是什么田園式的思鄉(xiāng)情調(diào)。《未選之路》即是他的代表作之一。
閑話不多說(shuō)，趕緊來(lái)欣賞這首美麗的小詩(shī)吧 ：
THE ROAD NOT TAKEN
--Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth.
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same.
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
"佇立、 選擇、猶豫、嘆息回顧"的過(guò)程，形象的`表達(dá)了我們的人生。人生總是不停的面臨選擇，我們不可能每種選擇都嘗試一次。面對(duì)選擇，要慎重。一旦做出了選擇，哪怕風(fēng)雨兼程，哪怕經(jīng)歷艱難險(xiǎn)阻，也不要悔恨。畢竟我們不知道另一條路是怎樣，人生不能重新再來(lái)彩排。走過(guò)了，我們要時(shí)時(shí)回顧，不能再選擇同樣的錯(cuò)誤道路。
其實(shí)，只要用心堅(jiān)持走下去，每條路都會(huì)很美。
