　　The 18th edition of the Shanghai International Film Festival has received a record 2,096 entries from 108 countries and regions, organizers said, and this year's event will have a strong Asian focus.

　　第18屆上海國際電影節(jié)日前隆重召開，據(jù)主辦方成，本屆電影節(jié)共收到108個國家和地區(qū)的報名影片2096部，將更加凸顯亞洲文化。

　　Among the films nominated for the Golden Goblet Award are Sunstroke, from Russian director Nikita Mikhalkov, Kang Je-kyu's Salut D'amour, Cake by Daniel Barnz from the U.S. and Taiwan director Wang Tung's Where the Wind Settles.

　　金爵獎公布的九部入圍作品中，有俄羅斯大師尼基塔·米哈爾科夫新作《中暑》、美國導(dǎo)演丹尼爾·巴恩茲的作品《蛋糕》，也有中國臺灣地區(qū)導(dǎo)演王童新作《對風(fēng)說愛你》。

　　The nominations also include Polish director Jacek Lusi ski's Carte Blanche, The Duchess of Warsaw by France's Joseph Morder (France), Jameh Daran by Iran's Hamid Ghotbe, The Midwife by Antti Jokinen (Finland/Lithuania) and The Night Watchman, directed by Pierre Jolivet (France/Belgium).

　　其他獲得提名的作品還有波蘭導(dǎo)演Jacek Lusi ski的作品《全權(quán)委托》，法國導(dǎo)演 Joseph Morder 的作品《華沙公爵夫人》，伊朗導(dǎo)演Hamid Ghotbe的作品《賈瑪·德蘭》，導(dǎo)演Antti Jokinen的作品《產(chǎn)婆》(芬蘭/立陶宛)，導(dǎo)演Pierre Jolivet的作品《守夜人》(法國/比利時)。

　　The festival is to be held from June 13 to 21, and ticket sales will begin about one week ahead of the festival.

　　本屆電影節(jié)將于6月13日至21日舉行，在節(jié)前一周左右的時間開始預(yù)售門票。

　　The red carpet event will welcome nearly 400 stars from home and abroad to the opening ceremony, including Gong Li, Zhang Ziyi, Fan Bingbing, Yao Chen, Jackie Chan, Aaron Kwok, Leon Lai, Liu Ye, and Eddie Peng.

　　鞏俐、章子怡、范冰冰、姚晨、成龍、郭富城、黎明、劉燁、彭于晏等國內(nèi)明星和多位重量級國際明星將參加首映式，在紅毯上亮相。

　　15 films were nominated for the Asian New Talent Award, including a crop of wave-making Asian films, such as Teenage Babylon, End of Winter, River, Wolf Warrior and 13.

　　亞洲新人獎今年共有15部影片獲提名，包括　《少年巴比倫》、《鐵原紀(jì)行》、《13》等優(yōu)秀作品。

　　This year's festival will include 45 screening locations, up from last year’s 35, covering 17 districts in Shanghai with 1,200 film screens. Two special events, the Internet Film Carnival and Jackie Chan Action Movie Week, will also take place this year.

　　本屆電影節(jié)的影片將在上海市45家影院展映，比去年的35家影院有所增長，幅及上海市17個地區(qū)，1200個影廳。今年還有兩場特殊的電影盛宴即將舉行，一是國際電影嘉年華，而是成龍動作片電影周。
